I came back two days later and worked with Adrian to finish the upgrade process. Not sure if I can give 0 stars but I would. Went in to order a new iPhone 14 pro max which was being delivered to the store, UPS tracking said the phone was delivered and i never got a call. I had to call two days later to ask. I went in and they could not activate my phone. I got the worst attitude from this arrogant store manager that probably wasn’t even 5 feet tall. He was not helpful at all and very unprofessional. The entire staff there was unprofessional and had no class. One worker there was good, and I am sorry that he has to deal with those types of co workers. We told them to keep the phone and we will deal with Verizon directly on the phone. I have never had such a horrible experience at a Verizon retail store being a customer for over 15 years. Avoid this store at all costs. Go to Bayside stores for better service. Worth the drive.
This Verizon Retailer location (on Union Tpke across from St John’s) was awesome! John L was professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient! We had a simple transaction, but he listened and offered different options. I will definitely return to this location if we ever run into issues with our cell phone again.
I am very happy with the Fresh Meadows Verizon store. I have been going here for years and they are always very helpful. I thank David very much for his professionalism, patience and understanding on my purchase. He is great and definitely an asset to this store! Thank you again
Juan David Cordona was literally the best. He helped me for like 2 hours straight. Multiple issues came up because of our immigration status and he never once lost his cool or was rude in any way and helped us get the perfect plan for all 4 of us. Super helpful and polite, explained everything clearly and with detail. I’d give him 5000 stars if I could. Give this dude a promotion. Best customer service in my life. I’m the first born son and since my dad doesn’t know much about technology he told me to get the family plan for all of us and we all had separate different carriers as well. Like I said, Juan helped me throughout the whole thing. Can’t recommend him enough.
I had to take the time to share a few words about John, I was going there to pick up a cable box, John went out of his way to make sure that he kept the cable box for me before the registers closed. He is the nicest person and really comes to show how customer service should be. I would recommend this place to others 100%. It was worth my drive. Thank you John, I appreciate your help
