  1. Love this Home Depot. Literally EVERYONE we’ve dealt with there has been super nice and helpful. It’s clean, great return policy, quality garden area, decent choice of tools, and they even have their Christmas stuff out absurdly early. They had a cool little Halloween display up that we took our daughter’s photo in too. Definitely recommend getting your home supplies here.

  2. I’ve been a long time faithful customer and pro member. Malabar store has always been my favorite. But yesterday a new employee by the name of Mandy had went above and beyond the average customer service to ensure the highest rating in customer satisfaction. I had bought a vanity from home depot and these small plastic extensions for the hinges had come broken. Not wanting to bring the entire vanity back and exchange it (as it took quite a while already to receive the first one) I went to the store to attempt to purchase new ones. Unfortunately they did not sell this small item. Not in store or online. Which made the situation..frustrating. Tried asking another employee for assistance but she was unable and pretty much told me I was S.O.L. this young new employee Mandy however went and grabbed and a screw driver and disassembled the doors off of another vanity just like the I had but different in ways and gave me the pieces needed to fix my own. I have never been shown such effort to make things right before. So for the first time I’m leaving a review. Highly recommend promoting this young trend setter.

  3. I don’t know if it is just me. When I visit Home Depot, I would feel that I need various things for my house even those unplanned for. It is always an interesting visit. However, everything is great except the customer service. I am hoping to see an improvement on this aspect.

  4. No stars! Very annoyed with the product delivered late! Not getting satisfaction! Not sure, I will shop Home Depot ever again! Need to learn how you ship products! Packaged very poorly! So, won’t let me post, without clicking a star! This is a NO review!

  5. Catherine at the paint department is the best! She went above and beyond to help me, I was a pain in the butt (not meaning to be) but she was very patient and understanding, we need people like her I’m this world, she made my day, week! Thank you for keeping such a wonderful employee and I will always come back to this store because of her
