The store is awesome and it had really good sales when my wife and I went in today. The store gets 1 star due to Michelle’s lack of customer service. Michelle’s sassy attitude when we went to check out made me have to write a review. Michelle has no business working the register and interacting with customers, put her in the back to fold clothes or organize store inventory. Michelle also forgot to take off the magnetic anti- thief device off from my sons pants, Rookie mistake. I now have to go back and ask to get the magnetic device taken off because Michelle doesn’t know how to do her job. I’m sorry but after serving 21 yrs in the Military I know what lazy looks like and Michele is Grumpy and Lazy. If Michelle was my soldier back in the day I would of smoked her till she passed out 🙃. Please someone give Michelle a hug so she’s not so rude and grumpy with customers.
Sales guy basically organizing the whole men’s section by himself. Measured me and recommended me multiple things to wear. Also seems to be taking care of the dressing room as well. Thanks for the help and give him a raise please

Horrible place. The associates are rude as hell and the one girl will not help me even when asked, to look up my account. She got an attitude 2x now just trying to get my points. I wanna speak to a manager but I can’t get ahold of one. Plus her demeanor and attitude are unprofessional.. her only job is customer service.. not cool. Never going there again.
Meh, I went in to visit Sephora, specifically looking for some new perfumes and a cologne for my #1, but was disappointed by the service and selection! I ended up at the Sephora 5th Avenue location for my purchases!
