  5. I like when a website is accurate. It said they had a storage for my garbage pails. They had it. Yay!!! One hour to get there. I did try to call twice and line picked up but no one there. Not sure if it was me.

    The location is easy to find. There is plenty of parking and finding a spot is never an issue. They don’t always have the item I’m looking for, but they are super close to me, so its convenient to check here before having to drive somewhere further like Home Depot or Lowe’s. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

    I bought a pallet of wood pellets, for the winter. I went in to get some more, and the employee said the “distributor stopped selling them” I talked to an employee a few months ago and they said we may not be able to store the pellets any more, and they are getting expensive” I feel like this is a breach of contract where the pellets were bought and paid for, but bc of rising costs they stopped ordering them. Spoke with Milford ACE, and they stated they have plenty of and can order more (of the same brand). Leaving their customers in the cold, that’s my main source of heat. Luckily it’s the end of season. Wish they were just more honest.

    Absolutely horrible customer service in this place each and every time I am there. I keep getting sucked in when I need something small and don’t want to go all the way to Home Depot or Lowe’s. They are always out of stock. The guy on paint doesn’t know how to mix paint. The guy who does is out filling propane tanks. He comes in and decided this was the time to train the new guy. Then he gets called away to attend a check out. Went in for one item today only to be ignored for 20 minutes. Then stood in line for a half hour since there is only one register open on a Sunday.

    my online order was cancelled and still a week later i have received no response from ace has to why. I haven’t received any word from them what so ever since they cancelled my order with out explanation very poor customer service both in store and online

    I like to support local businesses rather than the big box stores, so if I can go to a Ace Hardware I’ll definitely go there first. I’ve been to many of their locations and never had a bad experience at any of their stores. The employees at every location I’ve been to are knowledgeable and know where everything is if you ask. I highly recommend every Ace Hardware store’s!
