What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I had a great experience at Home Depot. Sales associate Todd Love helped me find materials for a hand railing. He’s very knowledgeable about the store. Jasmine at the Pro desk knew exactly how to help me with my account, and she’s very nice too. Monique at the front desk was very gracious and respectful when I did a return. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this store!

  2. Hardware stores have existed since the beginning, here in the states.
However HOME DEPOT is a Hardware store on steroids .
You can landscape…a lawn, rose garden, herb garden, or and a vegetable garden.
You may also just buy a plant .
You can buy a light bulb or a chandelier.
You can buy toilets, toilet paper or build a
    new bathroom complete.
Paint a house, clean a house, build a house.
Tools for every job…from screw drivers to backhoes.
How to books, classes, and staff with knowledge to talk you through your project.
Fun place for hard workers with skills….or maybe you are just doing the work yourself for fun🤪.
Everything you need, anything you need.
HOME DEPOT IS THE BEST PLACE!

  3. They have a new management in place and it’s been terrible ever since. This location was very good to me and my business up until now. Placed $6500 orders for microwaves and fridges which were to arrive within 10-12 days. Came in piece by piece and still haven’t received 40% of the order. Won’t give refund nor will they give me update of the order and it’s been over month and half.

  4. I like the way the store is arranged and can usually find what I need. There are always employees on the floor to help. I also like online shopping and pick-up at the store. Locations are convenient. I have not been disappointed shopping at Home Depot. This is a picture of last project with global specialty 2ft x 4ft glue up Tin tiles. Excellent.

  5. This place blows. Good luck getting any help here. Employees in orange aprons walk past you and avoid eye contact so that you can’t ask them any questions. And when you do get a hold of someone to try to find something in the store, they have to get out their phone and Google the location. Wth?!??? The self checkout system sucks. Bring back cashiers please. I really hate going to this store even though it’s close to me. I usually drive further to the Westlake or strassers because the service is much better.

My experience was a bit of a rollarcoaster, the employee that helped find the tool we needed was attentive and helpful. But when it was time to check out, to use a Veteran discount, you have to either sign up online or with the app. I have a bone to pick with that, if someone were older (which a lot of veterans that deserve the discount) should deserve a smooth and easy discount, not something that is out of the way. Needless to say, customer service didn’t help and the discount was never applied. I’m sorry, but that was unfortunate for those who have served and risked their lives overseas. The location and staff are wonderful, but someone needs to mention this to corporate. Also, they sell succulents with googly eyes.

Women working at SERVICE DESK are RUDE and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! VERY RUDE to a lady trying to Return an item! Told her that she needed to figure out where the line started! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Man who finally did help was quick and nice, Klayton. Need people who are Customer Oriented!!! PREVIOUS TIME: Had to take OFF A STAR because the Customer Service, RETURN DESK, was Super Slow yesterday! Several other customers were Complaining about All of the workers standing up there NOT HELPING CUSTOMERS! NEED TO FIX the Customer Service Desk area because there was No Reason for the lady who FINALLY helped me to have been NOT doing Anything, but standing around for SO LONG! Chelsea was TOO BUSY BOSSING other cashiers around, told me that she would help me, then to “Wait a minute” , then took off, Again, and the other people in line even made comments that “She NEEDED to FIGURE OUT what she was doing”! She was Very RUDE! BEST place to go for All of your indoor and outdoor home needs! Always have great prices, quality merchandise, and helpful employees! Wish they had a location in Lebanon. Definitely Recommend!

Spent 40 minutes in the store. 1st employee sent me to wrong isle could not find item. Second employee said was too busy and would have someone sent over. 15 minutes later had to ask again. 3rd and 4th employee could not find a simple water line for a sink. They finally suggested I go to the pro desk for help. I realize good help is hard to find, and I try to support local businesses, but amazon had it to me next day on my porch. Have experienced this more than once.

I don’t know about other home depot’s, but this one is great. People are ready to help and are pleasant to talk with. There were several young men that helped my and my daughter with a project when we went most recently.
