What I have an issue with is the fact you only have 4 ‘self checkout’ open at 9 am then come over and go through my stuff. You guys want to come go through our stuff close the self checkouts and actually staff your store and make us go through a check-out line otherwise trust the general public and keep the 90 year old door greeter from holding up the self checkout line when there is a line wrapped around your store.By Cody Phillips (2 weeks ago)Henry was the sweetest worker here. My mom went in needing help with some fridge work and he was so patient with assisting her and finding someone that could help her fix the water. My mother does not speak English well and she asked me to post this review for her sake. She will definitely return to this location if she needs anything else.By lynn chi (2 months ago)I am afraid the management has changed at this store – the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees is not what it used to be. Today it took 20 minutes to buy four air filters. At one point there were four employees behind the service/returns/checkout/special order counter, but only one of them was actually working with customers. I went to the garden center and tried to check out there, but there were many people waiting in line and only one cash register open. So I went back and waited at the other register. Finally one of the employees behind the counter decided to ask if I needed help as I stood there holding four large furnace filters in my arms. I told her yes, I needed to buy the filters. Like DUH! She checked me out and handed the receipt with no thank you. These new, young employees need to be trained to use what my mom called the “magic words,” please and thank you.By markinomaha (a week ago)I came into the store looking for some pain today. The employee with the neck tattoos was very busy and seemed very stressed. He took our order and told us it would be a bit, all good. Came back 30 mins later to find out he just threw away our order we gave him. I only know this because the employee that took over pulled them out of the trash. Very organized, went in to get some adhesive spray for a recording studio setup and took me less than 3 minutes to find the product and exit. The staff helped direct me to the isle. I’ve also talked to customer service online about a day earlier, and I had one of the most laid back insightful conversations in a while when asking about the Gorilla adhesive spray.
Buying things online could certainly be better, but in person it’s simple enough.
People were nice to me at home Depot towards the back of the store they have some clearance that we’re good price. Got a $10 extension cord on sale got it for $4 dollars.
I went in to the paint department to get new paint because the previous one I bought was too dark and Justice and Tom with BEHR we’re beyond helpful in helping me pick out the right color and the right paint. I had no knowledge of the different types of paints there are. Thank you two so much ! My house looks beautiful 😍😍
We came on a mission to find poblano plants for our garden. After running around to 3 or 4 different places to no avail, we finally found the poblano peppers we were looking for! They have a decent selection of vegetable plants for gardening! The plants looked healthy and well maintained. I was impressed! Maybe year this will be my first stop!
