It looks like a one-stop shop to me. Also, I love the fact that you can buy some stuffed animals for $2 and that amount goes for donation. I should have known after the first time ordering when the order was late and half of it was lost. On May 5 Kohls charges my card, emails me that the product will be delivered by May 12. May 17 order still not showing picked up by UPS. Kohls blames UPS, UPS states that it is Kohls fault. How about don’t sell items that you can’t deliver. Customer service was little help, telling me to “just be patient, UPS is busy” meanwhile it is still sitting at the fulfillment center. I shop online weekly and have never encountered issues with delivery of products. She didn’t appear to want to work and had an issue with me as soon as I approached the counter and so I tried to make light of her possible having a bad day. She quickly offered up a 1800 number to call if I had a problem with my return. So feeling uneasy about the return, I stepped aside out of the line to make the call to the number she provided. As the other customer approached the counter, the worker then made a racial comment about me to the customer thinking that I had left. I over heard her saying “them people are just different”. I was speechless and couldn’t believe what I was hearing in the open and to another customer. The times really haven’t changed. The worst customer service to date. Called to see if they had a particular item in store Nicole answers put me on a 15 minute hold the the call drops. I called back and no one answers. I called a third time, Nicole answers didn’t go check for the item puts me back on hold. Then miraculously the call gets transferred. Nicole thanks for nothing
It’s a really nice store! I’m going to have to come back and check out their sales more often. I got a real find today!
I will consider this department store as good as any other.
Their specials are great and their sales are great as well offering Kohl’s cash for your purchase.
The place is well organized, clean with with i consider more important people with great customer service skills.

Their parking lots are handicap friendly and their doors are handicap friendly for sure.
If you have visited one you can be confident that you will find similar items on their sister store as well probably in the same area.

I walked out of the Kohls on Atlantic Blvd. empty handed again. This store has gone downhill making it unpleasant to even shop there. The selves are a mess! Shirts are piled on shelves, not folded and in a heap. Shoe department is a total mess and has been that way for sometime. There were associates standing around talking in the aisles but no one seemed interested in cleaning things up. Often I order online and hope that it fits. The store gives me anxiety! Do better Kohls!
