What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I have shopped at this location for years and I just had my final experience there. They’ve got more security guards than Afghanistan, and they’re boxing up used items and selling them as new and everything is under lock and key because of the theft problems that they have there, which is prevalent. Just getting Batteries requires an employee to come and unlock the padlocks. in the future, I’ll be shopping at locations that don’t cater to criminals.

  2. Man no words can explain how good the MET team is. I came in at 3pm and the MET team were in the first to greet me and the first to help me find products. This employee went out of his way to grab products off of the shelf’s for me.

  3. Went in looking for a few random items. Much to my surprise I had some great customer service. My last trip there sent me elsewhere. I reluctantly returned today & am really happy I did. Being offered assistance without having to ask is refreshing these days.

  4. We found gallon containers of both Simple Green and Formula 409 here! Costco does not carry these any longer, and I dislike having to buy the spray bottles repeatedly. We also found a wide variety of Sterilite brand storage containers with locking lids. Huge bonus since there is a workroom that needs organizing. There is also a work saw that is calling my name, but that will involve another trip very soon.

  5. Home Depots across the United States are an awesome addition to the community they serve, this Store is an exception. The Store Manager should focus more on getting competent associates who are trained in Customer service! This Store also has an issue with competence in the products they sell, as it is a hassle to find a knowledgeable associate, at any time of the day. This is the Ghetto Store.

Big store with lots of inventory, helpful staff. Many, MANY needs can be fulfilled under one roof with their lumber, building materials, hardware, plumbing 🪠, electrical, lawn and garden 🪴 plus much more. They have an awesome selection of cleaning 🧼 supplies and chemicals as well. They have it down to a really good system for ordering doors 🚪 and windows 🪟 plus even more online.

Haven’t had much luck with cashiers being friendly and courteous. Not asking how you want your refund before just processing it. Suggestion: slow down and pay attention to what you are doing, be courteous, helpful, friendly. Maybe smile once in a while??? Also, remember I get to choose where I spend my hard earned money. I’m going to go where I am treated fairly and like a human being.

My phone is the key to my car. I walked in 20 minutes before close and when I opened my phone to look up the aisle the product was in, my phone died. First I walked up to returns/customer service and they told me they didn’t have one, but said I should buy one of their chargers and there might be enough juice to charge my phone. I didn’t really want to pay $40, so I went to look for someone else to potentially help me. I went to the garden section and asked a young man putting shovels up and who looked busy before close (because I was desperate). He said he had a charger but it was on the complete opposite end of the store, he said to meet him at the electrical isle (I forget which number) and he’d meet me there. He then met me there with his charger that he grabbed. Then let me use it while he went back to work. I’m writing this review in the car before driving home because he saved my night from being stranded in clackamas. He was super nice and helpful and didn’t seem bothered at all and happy to help. Amazing customer service and an amazing person. Thank you!!

It’s honestly a great store. They have done a great job of maintaining most stock even throughout all the hard supply times. And they have a pretty great selection. Much better than Lowe’s. The employees are a mixed bag. Some a great, some are not. But they are all trying.

In the garden center I had a question about pest control and flowers. The woman working, although very nice said she had no idea and she isn’t really a gardener and maybe I should google it. Then I asked another person and she said she had no idea and that she kills plants and can’t keep succulents alive. Home Depot you should hire people in the garden department who are actually interested in plants so at the very least you can train them. I just don’t think anyone should tell an inquiring customer to google it.
