  2. The implementation of cages on the wire and the necessity of an associate to bring wire to the front for you has led to exponentially longer trips to the store before and in between jobs. This adversely affects everybody, both contractors and HD associates.
    What could be a quick trip to the store will rely solely on how fast an associate feels like walking that day when I could just be in & out. Massively inconvenient.
    Home Depot, where doers will now be getting less done.

  3. I love Home Depot. It’s my favorite hardware store for a number of reasons. When you walk in take notice of the smell of the wood; I love it. Everything that you need is is there including great customer service.

  5. My experience with everyone at this store was absolutely terrific. Everyone there was kind and courteous from the time I walked into the store until the time I left. They all made me a priority, which really made me feel very valued. It was very clear to me that management was top notch. Thank you for making my experience with you very positive.

    The customer service is hit or miss. If you find a friendly CSR, they’ll show you where the item is, on the opposite end of the spectrum, they just point and mumble which is the majority of them. It has everything you need as usual. They just need to insist all staff are consistent with their service.

    Pickup at Home Depot at Seven Corners was Outstanding! I ordered mulch on-line and selected “Pickup” on 2 occasions. When the order was ready, I received an email, showed up at the store and parked in the designated “Curbside Pickup” parking. I was quickly greeted, the purchased items were already on a nearby pallet, and the items were loaded by their worker into my SUV. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Great job! Highly recommend!

    The garden center is spacious, considering the smaller size of the building itself, and offers a nice variety of plants. The staff at the garden register will leave you standing there waiting to be checked out while they do anything else but help you. Take your items to self checkout even if it’s a longer walk across the store— it’s faster.

    Just swung by to exchange one item. Stood in line (no one ahead of me) for all the employees in customer service to ignore me for 10 minutes. There are 3 people behind the computers, but apparently everyone is too busy to attend the customer in front of them. I ask another representative to ask them what the hold up is, he looks at me like I’m crazy and just to ask the customer service to be attended to. By the time I get seen, they are only willing to take the return, I have to purchase it myself at the self checkout. Ask to see a manager and they couldn’t bother to flag him down, I have to chase him down myself. He says he’d talk to them but I’m doubtful he will. All in all avoid coming by during the evening!!

    I am always impressed with the level of service and knowledge from the staff at Home Depot. They are always willing to help and answer any questions I have. I recently purchased a new grill from them and they even helped me load it into my car. Great store and great people!
