  1. Very good services. I buy a lot of wood and wood related items from here and of all the home depots I’ve really gone too this one always has the best lumber I’ve seen from a home depot beats lowes quality and price. The workers are always helpful and respectful. Checking out is quick and easy weather i go to the self checkout or the regular. Always fun to go here. I have posted pictures of a cedar and pine serving tray that the wood i got was in good shape and straight enough to use great quality.

  2. A cashier name Wilma was super helpful with my frustration and finding the correct filter for my refrigerator system. She recognized a problem and was courteous and respectful with her customer service responses. I will be back.

  3. This store stinks. They hardly maintain it, employees get frustrated if you ask for help. They offer excuses to why they don’t have stuff done or maintain their equipment. Came in for truck and was laughed at cause their truck has been in shop for over a year according to the rep…was told good luck with getting what I wanted accomplished in snarky tone. Hope higher ups do something about the attitudes of employees.

  4. I want to take a second and brag on Weston and John! My manager and I went to go buy a deep freezer for our ice cream truck. Not only did they help us load it onto the cart they brought it outside, took it out of the box, put it in our ice cream truck, and plugged it in to make sure it was working properly. Those boys went above and beyond and they deserve 10 stars!!!

  5. Yesterday evening I stopped by The Home Depot, 2751 Schaad Rd. 37921, to have a set of keys made that I couldn’t seem to get made anywhere else. I had a gentleman stocking the shelves that called for an employee to assistance me. Ms. Sherri was the kind lady that approached and asked how she could help me. After explaining to her my situation and my time spent traveling to other stores she looked at my keys and initially stated the reason I was having trouble and wasn’t sure herself if she could actually copy the key but would give it a try. As she worked with the machine another lady and Ms. Sherri explained another location they typically refer folks if they were unable to help me. It seemed that right at that moment Ms. Sherri finagled the key in such a manner that she was able to get me exactly what I needed. I asked if she had a marker so as not to get confused with the different set of keys and then she offered a color coded option that would help distinguish my copies and I was grateful for that helpful piece of information. While waiting on my keys to be complete I asked for Ms. Sherri’s name because her attitude and helpful demeanor was very pleasing and I wanted to show my gratitude by complimenting her service towards me because this stop saved me time and money. This Home Depot has done a great job in selecting a great representation for their company because this customer walked away very satisfied and with a big smile because of this sweet little lady. Ms. Sherri genuinely has a servant’s heart and because she works with a smiling face she’ll cause more customers to walk away just as I had, satisfied! Thank You Ms. Sherri, Job Well Done, and keep up the good work! You’re appreciated by me!

    Great selection for any project you may have. One reason I am docking a star, they cap your military discount to $400/yr. Lowe’s does not.

    I love the Home Depot for all my projects but here recently my sister went into the store looking at cabinets. She was browsing and was approached by what it looked like what a Home Depot employee BUT IT WASNT. It was a salesman from a KP remodeling company asking her a bunch of questions and followed her around trying to get her information when she said NO!! My sister called me panicking and she couldn’t find a manager and she got out of the store! We don’t go into the store wanting to be attacked by salespeople who ARE NOT REAL EMPLOYEES and it made her entirely uncomfortable!

    Came in to return an item that got damaged while shipping it to me. Had to wait 20 minutes after telling 3 different employees that I needed help unloading a 140 pound pressure washer out of the back of my truck. Finally found a nice bystander who happened to be walking by that helped me unload it. I then proceeded to walk to the other end of the store to wait in a return line that took another 10 minutes. Once I got to the register the lady had refunded me $860 that I originally paid when I ordered the machine that also arrived 4 days late. After she took my return I told her I had wanted to try again and order another one and she proceeded to tell me $900 was what I had to pay. She would not price match the $860 that I had originally paid because the discount went away during the week and a half it took to ship it to my house. Awful service.

    Appliances Nightmare! Arrived 40 days after purchase, arrived broken. Waiting on brand new unit, another 30 days. Don’t wanna just fix it, don’t trust it. Management has been helpful but the timing is terrible. I’ve cancelled all HD orders and am shopping at Lowe’s from now on.
