  2. My wife and I love Marshals. This location is a good one. Everyone that works in this store is very friendly. They always say hi with a smile. The store itself is clean and always stocked with new items. We usually buy a new winter coat from Marshals almost every year. The only reason is because they sell them for such a huge discount. We could never afford the retail price of a four hundred dollar jacket. At Marshals you get that same coat for 80 to 100 bucks. That’s an awesome deal if you ask me. Not just the cloths to. My wife loves the little items she always finds for the house. I would recommend this location anytime.

    I was shopping with my daughter in law. She went to find baby gifts and found bags for gift giving. I found some appropriate gift bags that had a small packet of coordinating tissue attached. I was pleased to not have to then find matching tissue paper. She found what she wanted. We went to check out.

    Nice Marshall’s store. Well stocked. Lots of cashiers so quick check out. Prices are pretty good. A good shopping experience overall.

    I’m usually a frequent-flyer, self-care shopper at these stores however the cashiers need to do better with their customer service techniques. As the cashier was processing my items, I noticed she was placing my bags behind the counter on the unsanitary floor. I asked for my bags to put them in the shopping cart. She said no, we don’t give the bags to the customer as they might run out of the store without paying. I said “Who? Me. Are you saying I’m going to run out of the store without paying for my items?” Then she said it’s store policy. Granted, if I wanted to steal, I would have walked straight out of the store instead going up to the cashier and presenting my credit card preparing to pay. The nerve of her implying that I’ll wait for her to ring up all my items and then run off with them without paying. It was way too obvious I was a probable profiled person of color in her eyes because she was smirking and giggling to whoever was next to her while speaking in a condescending tone toward me. She did not pass over my bags until I paid for them. I honestly should have canceled the transaction but I spent a lot of time in that store shopping finding items that I wanted for my home. I have the receipt date and time stamped to write to the Corporate office, however I won’t be back. As I was leaving, the cashier proceeded to say really loud, “OMG!, She was mad because I wouldn’t give her the bags.” I turned back around to address her unprofessional demeanor before I walked out of the store. What happened when they would first greet you with a friendly attitude, “Hello, were you able to find everything you needed today?” They should not be putting customer purchased items on the dirty floor that’s been walked over from the outside in, from the bathrooms and god know wherever else … even if it’s in shopping bags. I never put my own personal bags on floors. She ruined my entire shopping experience but I’m sure the store got want they wanted which was to target, trigger and get rid of another black customer who ‘steals’ from us. If this is their store’s mission, well it worked.

    I would like to thank all the staff who helped me so much yesterday when I was crying and having a panic attack because I lost my keys. there must have been about six or seven staff who went up and down all the aisles that I told them I was in and looked for my keys except for they didn’t go to the Chinese restaurant which in reality that’s where my keys were because that’s where my daughter and I went before that and five below I am so sorry to all the staff for being crazy but I do appreciate all the help they did for me without making fun of me looking like an idiot thank you so much I appreciate all your help You were the best I wish you were all a very Merry Christmas and hope that no other crazy people like me come in the store and make you look all over the place for something that wasn’t even there in the first place lol
