Today I came back and they knee it would be 15 minutes Worse I had bought a new phone prepaifd everything from them but when it came in the mail so I could bring it in for setting up. Now I am being told there is an additional setup fee that was added after I bought it. Awful customer service. Liars and services isnt even great. Phone glitches and mobile data is slow. Run while you still can. Update now my bill is double and Customer service is saying they credited me back funds which is not true and I paid my bill. Im so frustrated that I will be calling other providers today to not have to deal with this. The girl who helped us (unfortunately did not catch her name) was quick to acknowledge us after walking through the door, made sure to address our problem quickly and was very attentive with other customers in the store. She promptly got us a new SIM card for my grandmothers phone and explained the next steps, that a test call would be made to ensure it was working properly. Nothing but good feelings after leaving the store today. I only wish I caught her name so I could recommend family and friends ask for her when they go in!
Edit: We finally got our money back! It took over 5 months and countless hours in-store and on the phone. But we finally got the initial error fixed and the money returned to our card.
They stole almost $2000 from us. They said it was an error when we first swipped the card and that they had fixed it. But four month later and multiple rejected request, they no longer allow me to speak with the store by phone or give me my money back.
I cannot drive back to Kansas just to have more time and money wasted. Avoid this store!!
The LCD screen on my last phone (Unlocked Pixel 5) ended up malfunctioning today after I slipped and fell on some ice Christmas Day. Verizon solutions specialist Kassie was very easy to work with and began helping me as soon as I walked in the door, and got me set up with a brand new replacement phone of a Pixel 7 Pro, which was going to be much cheaper than had I of bought it directly from Google Headquarters as I originally planned to. She also searched for discounts for accessories to go with my newest phone, explained all the transfer procedures, and even helped give me recommendations for Verizon international phone service if I was to visit Europe for vacation. All in all, she was a great help and made a bad day slightly better with her friendliness and expertise!
Absolutely slow service here with poor customer service as well. I sat here long enough to watch incoming customers not be greeted much less acknowledged. Many walked out wonder if that’s how this whole company gives service or is it this location. Probably wouldn’t recommend this location as only poor excuses are given for their lack of professionalism or lack of customer service training.
This is the store you need to go to. We came here after being screwed over by the store on Maple and Maize. Quinton let me explain the entire situation and then proceeded to help make things right. He was very knowledgeable, concerned about how we were treated previously, and eager to help us. He helped cancel everything that was done previously and ended up getting me a better deal than I was promised at the other store. We were very happy with the service we got from Quinton…especially considering I was ready to cancel service after our experience with the other store. He saved the day! If you need help with anything having to do with Verizon, I would highly recommend going to Quinton. He’s my go to guy. Very happy customer now!
