  1. Jake the young installer was amazing. He was efficient polite and had a wonderful sense of humor. I thought it was amazing on the. Big ice day event of the valley and he showed up and coordinated the electrician work and was the first one here & last one out. What a nice Christmas present. I wasn’t sure with the bad weather that this could happen but Jake handled it. He needs a raise. Thank you. We are enjoying our new system.

  3. Started having some issues with the fan in our fireplace, and Marshall’s is one of the few places in the area who will service our model. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and our technician Richard was awesome. Arrived on time, was very friendly, and very thorough when troubleshooting the issue and talked us through it every step of the way. We are very happy with the service received, and will continue to use Marshalls for future fireplace maintenance.

  4. My experience with Marshall’s has been nothing short of horrible. We paid Marshall’s to install a new furnace, add an air conditioning unit, and move our water heater. The plumber they contracted completely screwed up our pipes when moving the hot water heater leaving us unable to get more than a trickle of hot water for 4 days. They installed the AC Unit, but then completely forgot to run power to it. We discovered this months later when it was 100 degrees out. We stuck with them and had them come out to perform yearly maintenance on our brand new furnace. Unsurprisingly, everything checked out because the furnace was literally brand new. 3 months later the furnace is broken and Marshall’s wants me to go without heat for a week before looking into it. Avoid this company at all costs. They are an absolute disaster and will cause you more headaches in the long run.

    Edit: With respect to the response below, it’s true, Marshall’s did not charge me for problems it caused during the installation. That’s a really low bar, but I guess that’s where we are. It is also true that they eventually completed the work I had already paid them for months earlier. Marshall’s–Not right the first time, but eventually we’ll get around to it! Finally, Marshall’s did offer to come out and service the unit after i posted this review across multiple platforms and had already found a different company willing to come out the same day for less. Good riddance.

  5. Great service. Professional installers who were efficient & careful in our home. Returned when we called to reset our thermostat & quickly solved the issue. We highly recommend Marshall’s.

    I really like this location! So many deals and I found lots of stocking stuffers. They had at least 6 cashiers working so no big wait at all! The store manager is so nice. I really liked the whole team the ladies were all so happy and interacting with my 2 year old granddaughter! Felicia was so helpful with my gift cards!!! I’ll definitely be back soon just because of how nice your staff was.

    i was there almost closing time. Only one person said to me welcome. And ask to me do you need anything. Other crews are way to busy and only one cashier opens the her account. So not many customers are there but still we were waiting more than 20mins( 3 people’s lined up) but so many great clothes, home style, seasonal items selection. I hope they hire security guards. I didn’t see any security guards Tuesday night. Anyway good place to shopping. Prices are reasonable and no sales tax. Parking places are huge.

    If you love shopping and love finding hidden gems while you do, then you’ll love shopping at Marshall’s. Lots of name brand items and the gems I spoke of are interspersed throughout many of the well-stocked aisles. Store is clean, staff is fun and helpful, and during Covid, they are taking the necessary steps to keep shoppers safe. Check out is pretty quick and moves along nicely even when busy. The Cascade Station layout can sometimes cause traffic and parking issues, but a little patience goes a long way.

    I did last minute Christmas shopping here and was extremely happy with all I found. On another note- I went there last night with only needing maybe 15 minutes to find a good shampoo and conditioner and they were closing. The hours on Google do NOT match their actual closing time. They now close at 9pm NOT 9:30pm.
