  1. It is a bit confusing trying to get into this location, have to go thru the Golden corral parking lot. Got there early, around 10am, and glad I did because it got busy quick.

    Stopped in to just check on upgrading my phone and was helped by Jamal. He was excellent. Had me taken care of with a new phone in no time. He was proficient in his job and answered any questions I had. Wasn’t pushy with trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need either, which was nice.

    All in all a great experience. Would recommend stopping in but, as I mentioned before, get there early to avoid the lines.

  2. Was given a 40 minute wait time, like 2 or 3 people working in there, so I have number for a call/text when ready, never received one, I was there to purchase my phone and start service with them. But, never had anyone reach out just waited and waited, so, I went with another company (:

Things have changed since I’ve been here last the associates only come out when called instead of just being on floor when I visited there was about 13 customers only 2 people was helping but slowly associate s started to creep out and start helping If they all wasn’t in the back they could have say they were needed. The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable and did a good job. I purchased new samsung galaxy s23 ultra
    They should make sure you have a working phone before you leave not just bag it up and tell you have a good day. I had to come back in so he could activate my phone. Had to take Sim card out of phone then setup. There is no way I would have figured that out at home.

  5. I had an issue with my phone. It was ran over and not coming on at all. I came to this Verizon location for help. From the moment I walked in until I left, I was treated with care and concern.
    Angela Garvin went above and beyond helping me. Even staying more than 30 minutes after closing hours to help me get my insurance to send me a replacement phone.
    I sure hope Verizon realizes how friendly and helpful the employees at the Seaboard Street, Myrtle Beach SC location are!
