  1. I haven’t been to a target in years but I needed some lip balm while I was on the road. Jeeez nothings changed other than lack of cashiers

    Targets are understaffed now like wal marts…I never go to Walmart for 3 reasons understaffed, terrible customer service , disgusting and unclean floors , carts and people

Target on Broadmoor in Mission, KS, has an abundance and variety of food, clothing, household items, toys, gardening and yard items, all presented in its well lighted store on shelves with wide aisles and shining clean flooring. If lost, you can find a store associate who is helpful to assist you in item locations throughout the store. It has limited produce, but most every food item you would want. Ample parking. Disabled parking and wheelchair accessible. 1-15-2023. Mgb.

  3. I purchased a small refrigerator for my Mom on her assited living. The day it was delivered she had died uexpectedly. The box was not opened. My daughter returned it to a target store with the receipt in the unopened box. They would only give her a gift card. Any other major retailer would have put the refund back on the credit card that was used. Very unhappy customer. Note: it was purchased online at Target

  4. I had a return at the Target in Mission. It was so easy, had my receipt. I just wanted to exchange for a smaller size, so they credited the items back and I could repurchase them. Took only 3 minutes. Way to go Target in Mission! Best Target by far!!!

  5. I wish they wouldn’t let AT&T authorized dealers bother customers in the toy section. I fell for their pitch and am having the hardest time returning their merchandise and disputing charges for phone insurance that weren’t disclosed upfront. And of course when you try to call AT&T they can’t help because they didn’t set up the phone plan. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

    I have shopped online at Target for many years. Target always has the latest deals and all the new merchandise I’m looking for. Plus they have very competitive prices!! Because I can’t walk for a long distance, I use the pick up service. By the time I get to the parking lot my groceries are already there!! The employees that bring by things out are always so very nice and helpful!! I highly recommend Target!!!

    Self check out lady extremely rude, I was doing 2 transactions and before I could even pay for the first she was running over trying to say I was going to steal the second items even after I explained I was doing 2 transactions she then reprinted the receipt for the first transaction and pointed out everything that wasn’t on it even as I was scanning those items for the second transaction as she was doing this it still wasn’t good enough for her so she continued to be rude and wasn’t happy until I showed her the second receipt and had to once again explain 2 transactions to her she then got very annoyed and rude after she realized I wasn’t trying to just steal the items. She also was refusing to help other customers at self checkout for no reason she just wanted to stand in the corner on her phone the whole time unless someone made a mistake scanning something. Very disappointed in this employee and will most likely not be returning to this target as I do not appreciate the attitude of employees, Derby target is much nicer and much more willing to help solve problems.

    The fitting rooms had long wait lines. I would like to see more fitting rooms added. Kids must try-on clothes. I hate sending back clothes from online shopping. I would much rather go to the store, try it on and be done ✔️

    Overall, it’s a decent store. However, there’s never enough checkout lanes open. Usually, just one register and then 8 self-checkout lanes (at least one of the eight self checkouts is broken), so it takes forever to checkout. It would be nice if they had people working the registers to make things move along quicker.

    Had to pick up an online order and got to the store and noticed the line was extremely long due to a difficult customer. The associate dealing with him was a champ!!! My wait wasn’t long and the the associate that helped me was very professional and extremely nice!!! BIG kudos to her!! Great experience today!!!
