- Reviews:Thieves!! I attempted to get service with Verizon. My area did not have the cell service I was hoping for. I called and canceled my service within 24 hrs. I sent back all 3 devices. I was told that all fees were waived and no restocking fees and that I would be refunded the 252$ in taxes and fees as soon as they received devices. It’s been almost a month now and 3 different calls still no refund. I will most likely have to sue Verizon. I’ve been with Verizon a very long time. I stepped in at 7:45 p.m. Yes, I knew they were closing at 8:00 p.m. I had a simple question. I was stopped immediately by a female employee who told me they were closing and I could make an appointment for tomorrow. The other two employees sat at a counter with their heads down, looking at their phones. I told the lady I would just go to Elkhart tomorrow because I always get good service there… She didn’t seem to mind at all! Hello, managers? As I got in my car, I watched another gentleman walk up to the door. He didn’t even get to set foot inside. She stopped him as the door opened.
