This location is generally a clean store, but it could be better. There is one male manager who always seems to have an attitude (not to me personally), and in my opinion, if he was more positive his employees might be more willing to work harder and care more instead of looking like they hate their job. A tip for all management at this particular Walmart: If you want things done in the way they’re supposed to be, then definitely show your appreciation just as much, if not more so than productive criticism. When we told her we did not buy the diapers, we don’t even have any babies, she insisted that we did buy them and we did not know we bought them and demanded we take them home. After refusing the pampers they said they would go check on the actual order we placed and never came back out. This location kept putting opened and spoiled products in my delivery. Packaged goods opened and taped back up? Moldy vegetables and fruit, great value bread molding 5 days before the best by date. What kind of grocery store has meat that expired over a week ago and sell it through delivery. I’ve been able to receive refunds but I end up with a bunch of random ingredients making the delivery almost pointless.
Well stocked shelves with fresh inventory. The folks who work there seem to be on top of things really well and have been very helpful. This is after multiple visits to the store and at many different times of day as well…
I shop here frequently. The store is clean and most of the associates are friendly and helpful. If I don’t have time to go in and shop I can order ahead and either pick my items up or have them delivered. If you are wanting delivery it is best to order your items early in the morning for a same day delivery or the night before so you have more delivery time options.
The Auto Care Center was INFURIATING. When we got there, no line. There was no port available but no line so we dropped my tire off because it just had a nail in it. We were told we would get a text message when the tire was done, just is standard and what I expected. Not only were we there for over an hour shopping trying to give them time waiting on our text. We got there and we waited in line for about 10 minutes before the service writer would even acknowledge us. After he finally did acknowledge us, I explained to him we were just waiting on my tire. He had the receipt printed off and kept repeating he didn’t have our keys and I tried explaining he just had the tire. It was very ridiculous and then we waited for about 15 minutes outside for my tire. There’s no excuse for this when they’re slow.
I try not to stay in store more than 30 minutes with auto immune diseases its a living hell on earth with no climate control….stating facts in summer its so dam hot I dam hear pass out in winter they need heaters its freezing …glad I don’t have to work there ild be in an ambulance …just stating facts… other than climate control not bad…
