  1. This location needs some Training as well as staffing. A couple needed a couple of bicycles and had to wait for awhile to get some help. They announced this over the loud speaker at least 5 times. There was also a similar issue with someone needing infant formula, where it was called several times until help arrived. This store has several items locked up, which requires additional staffing. If you are purchasing inexpensive items, you should be fine. My experience was not bad because I purchased those types of items. Self Checkout was fast and friendly. I purchased fuel additive and was assisted quick. I highly recommend this location for anyone purchasing inexpensive items. If you are purchasing electronics, hardware, infant formula, or even bicycles, you might want to think of a different location l, or have lots of patience.

  2. Yes everyone knows Walmart suck. But what is it with the obviously locked baby formula and the ppl with the keys never around I was standing there for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions I asked employees to pls tell some one…. And nothing. On top of the employees I did approach were acting as If it’s not their job to help. One of the employees informed me that 3 different employees have page for some one to help me and still no one came it’s 45 minutes since I been here.

  4. Since the pandemic the store hours have been cut back so they close at 11pm and at 10:30 pm they start herding you out of the store like cattle. They don’t like anyone in the store at 11, the shelves are finally being fully stocked just too bad the prices are just as high or higher with other stores.

  5. If you think you can just pop in this location and grab your spiked Sangria ingredients, think again. I understand having the alcohol locked up, but have someone accessible to open the case(I guess all associates don’t have the key) so you have to hunt someone down, or wait til their done unlocking something for someone else to get your bottle, then you are escorted up front like a kid going to the principles office to make your purchase. Then she handed to another young man, who needed to know if I was paying cash or card, and directed me to a self check out lane. Foolishly, I paid but forgot my receipt, so I had to go back and the young man had to go in the trash to get my receipt so I could leave. It was a whole procedure. This is the ghettoest Walmart I’ve seen in a while. This was my first and last time in there. I’ll go to Greenfield where don’t feel like I’m going through airport security to buy a $10 bottle of vodka.

    It all started with an appointment the day before. It required putting a new tire on a wagon wheel, no mount on the car I took it home. I had the first appointment or shift 8:00 A.M. However, it took more than 2 hours, being the only person for such a service. There is a manager or staff with inappropriate attitudes. Observe some with their cell phones in the work area, exponents of security and taking longer than necessary.

    The new store upgrades are nice. I like that they added more meal stuff instead of the huge deli counter nobody uses. The parking lot however is beyond terrible. It’s seriously rougher than the beginning spots of the off road trails in the Apache Trail. So bad it broke my eggs and rattled my bakery stuff to oblivion. Its all aggregate and no top coatings. First time writing a Google Review in years. It’s a Lawsuit waiting to happen if someone falls and scrapes.

    On vacation in Arizona and decided to use my delivery subscription to have items delivered. My first order had a package that was completely torn open and the individually wrapped items were also opened. Whoever picked the item would have noticed bc it was extremely obvious. Yet it was selected. The item wasn’t bagged so the person who put it in the car would have also noticed… and yet it was delivered. I order a 2nd time to have more items delivered and my order included jalapenos. One of the jalapenos had a hole bigger than the circumference of my thumb. How does one miss that… unless it’s done intentionally. I called the store to have the issue resolved at the store level, but no one answers. I’ve switched delivery stores for the remainder of my vacation bc I’m not sure what this store might send… can’t be trusted.

    This is purely on my checkout experience. It would have been a single star if not for the sweet old lady running the ONLY open register. I’m not a big fan of self checkout giving big business free labor.

    Do NOT use this location for Online Pickup. We waited for 52 minutes before finally giving up and leaving without our order. The store had only 1 employee trying to bring out orders for 20 different spots. The poor employee only got further and further behind as time went on. Everyone was fuming. I won’t return to this location.

    Ordered groceries online and picked up at the store. Easy and quick, well laid out parking slots for pick up. Associate greeted me after helping another customer pick up their items, retrieved and help load my order into my vehicle without any delay! Order was as promised with no problems!

    Every time I go to this Walmart at least one of the staff is talking out the side of their neck. Today it was the lady behind the cigarette counter being atrociously rude. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life thus far and I have never spoken to a customer the way she spoke to me today completely unprofessional and it reflects poorly on your company. Do better and get your staff in check. I reported her to management and hopefully something is actually done about it because the disrespect I received from her was completely uncalled for and unacceptable.

    Loss Prevention at this store really needs to get their priorities in check. I was in this Walmart 2 weeks ago. Typically I will stop at this one because its convenient since it’s right on the way home from my sons daycare. I had been there twice that day and my bank flagged my debit card. So I was standing there on the phone with my bank to get them to remove the restriction from my debit card. Loss prevention comes up and just stands there like I’m doing something wrong. Like I’m gearing up to make a run for the door without paying. I finished my purchase and headed on my way! Boy I hope he felt stupid! Assuming is never the answer. I haven’t been back to this location since and will just drive the extra distance to avoid being made feel like I’m doing something wrong!

    Usually I have no problem. I love the store but do not call them. Just go in. I thought I left my phone not even an hour of being there and they told me yeah customer service closed. You’re going to have to call again tomorrow. Closing shift is lazy

    I ride my bike there to be healthy and its always a concern if its going to be stolen but its been months and nobody’s tried. I love this! The workers take breaks near the bike rack. Its great to be able to shop without concern.
