  1. Not a fan. Horrible customer service and employees. Girl named “Macy” was assisting in the dressing rooms. I came out to show my daughter my outfit and she said to her fellow co-worker and I quote, “That girl looks 8 months pregnant”. Nice going Marshalls.

The fitting room lady was so rude to me and I’m disabled and went into the disable fitting room and she yelled at me for going in AND TOLD ME I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO USE IT, so I walked out humiliated. Just because you can’t see my disabilities doesn’t mean I don’t have them. You should never assume a person is normal when you get see under them. I went into the other one and struggled. She was so rude when I got out. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED

  5. Clean store. Lots of discounted clothes, home goods, and toys. I found the plant stand that I was looking for. Nice employees at the checkout lines.

    It’s definitely Christmas time in Marshall’s with every gift imaginable especially for the die hard OSU fans. There’s also shaving kits and belts for that special guy in your life. There are insane selections on clothes, shoes and more. The prices are beyond reasonable and there’s even some designer brands if you take the time to look. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable. I’d recommend this location for some late night impulse shopping 🛍 😜

    Marshalls is one of those places that you can find interesting stuff from around the world. I love the variety of candles that they have. And I appreciate the various healthy snacks that they have imported from other countries. They also have a lot of odd and end things that can sometimes help you piece together nice outfits, loungewear, or whatever the case may be. I don’t go here too often, but when I do I always find something unique.

    Fairly decent shopping experience. Lots of clothes, toes, shoes and household goods to choose from. Lots of clearance clothing racks, but most styles for the younger crowd. Aisles are fairly neat with consumer goods.

    Very nice selection of clothing and accessories without the higher prices of the nearby mall. Some merchandise was on clearance. Friendly staff.

    Love Marshall’s. Its somewhat hit or miss depending on what I need that day, but its always a great bargin. This location is always clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and the restrooms are easy to find which is a must with kids in tow.
