  1. This location gets more items and variety than most other TJM in the city. Very well stocked. A little messy during busy weekends but makes sense given how many people shop here.
    Lines for checking out can get suuuper long, so plan accordingly.

  2. Went there recently and there was hardly anything available – looked like a “going out of business” place. Mens’ clothing selection is horrible; this used to be a great option for quality clothes – now just a place for “Life is Good” t shirts and other, sub-par apparel that I would never wear. Might as well go to Ross.

  3. Personally my favorite store!! But every time I go, I go broke lol. Very clean friendly staff and omg the makeup section 😍 I’ve gotten lots of cute cardigans and clothes for my husband 😍 💕 ☺️ I’ve gotten some jewelry for my mom and gifts for family members ❤️

  4. I can’t begin how I was treated one of the workers at store
    After attendee counted clothes & I tried them
    As I was leaving dressing room to purchase about half of what I tried on I was told I could not go into dressing with out number,
    attendee called a manager
    Another words attendee messed up and didn’t give me number but I was what???
    Didn’t make sense poor poor poor way of handling customer making me feel like I did something wrong

  5. Standing in line at this store right now. I came in for a return and the line is super long with only one cashier. She calls for assistance and over the intercom you hear a call for 3 different cashiers. Only two approach the registers after about 10 minutes. I didn’t actually shop here and probably will not after my first impression. The folks Standing in line ahead of me seem very unhappy about the fact that there is only one cashier at the register. Many different huffs and puffs few comments even about how long they have been waiting. There is a now hiring sign out front but maybe more advertising better pay better treatment of employees. I don’t know but I will not be returning to this store after today.

    Update 10/02/2023: Super long line and barely anybody manning the register! 12/27/2022 The cashier told me I had to pay the Christmas items that were 50% off separately. Because the system didn’t allow hin to enter the 50% off items and the rest of the items on the same bill. I found out that same day at Home Goods (owned by the same corporation) that he was lying. They can put all items on the same bill, he was just being lazy! I was also told that when cashiers say that it pushes people to decline the 50% discount so TJMaxx charges more!

    Great selection. I found what I needed and a few extra things. That’s the reason for the 2 stars. Unfortunately it turned into a negative shopping experience. After choosing luggage and purses I moved on to clothes. I spent 45 minutes selecting a few things to try on and was told at 7:59 that the the dressing rooms were closing at 8pm. The store closed at 9:30pm. No warning, no announcement. I talked to a manager explaining that I had just spent a lot of time choosing clothes to try on and I would not have done that if I had been informed. He told me I could use the bathroom. I asked if there were mirrors to see the pants I as trying on. Nope. He said they usually make an announcement. I argued that since they didn’t he should let me try on my clothes. He did but I watched many other people pushing loaded carts of clothes be turned away at the dressing room. This is a terrible policy, but if it has to be done for staffing reasons they should at least make several announcements to warn people. I have also been going to this store for 20 years and the customer service and checkout experience has always been bad.

    Friendly reminder to turn off the light if a register is closed!!! After waiting in line like normal, I walked to an open register with the blue light on but unfortunately couldn’t be serviced since the employee standing right behind it was assigned to a different section of the store apparently. (Understandable – if she doesn’t have a drawer, she can’t check me out) But after the next available employee called out their register and I walked two steps over, she got frustrated with me assuming I just boldly skipped the line, but I had actually been waiting there for 3 minutes. Even after I explained, she rolled her eyes and a different employee had to offer to ring me up. Very tedious situation that could easily be avoided!

    I love this store they always have so much at times it’s overwhelming. But I never leave out of there without finding something that I don’t need but buy anyways so it can sit in the closet. Because it is so cute and I have to have it lol
