  3. Worst marshalls ever! Nastiest bathroom ever. I can’t believe the people that live in farragut or surrounding areas don’t have better standards that they settle for shopping there. This is my second review today! Can’t see the first one. I bet this won’t be posted!!!

    Marshall’s Department Store has so many beautiful items for the home. They have so many name brand clothes and shoes for the entire family on sale each week.

    Unfortunately I had an awful experience with Ashley the Assistant manager at the Turkey Creek location. She and I acted and spoke as adults throughtout the entire transaction. The logistics team mislabeled several items that were put on the clearance end cap. After further investigation,the items were mislabeled and grouped along with another run of the same items. It wasn’t the money difference, but simply the principle that the price couldn’t be corrected for the 8 count containers that were priced inadequately. As a member of management, I would not have let a family walk out the door and loose a $200, transaction, over a less than $10 company accident, especially in this day of age. I hope that this issue will be resolved and most importantly be a valuable learning experience.

    One of the nastiest Marshall’s I have ever been in. Women’s bathroom so nasty. I was told by a black male employee they were doing the best they could and said they were short staffed. Ashley did say she could clean the bathroom.. merchandise a mess. I will not shop here again at turkey creek marshalls!!!!

    Better staff and things are a bit more organized. Some things are expensive but you can find great deals.

    The line to check outs was very long. However, it moved easily and quickly. The cashiers were friendly, calm and smiled!!
