  1. We had an item we wanted to order, but they wouldn’t ship it and we saw that this store had it in stock. We went in and found out that it was way over the online price. So, we went to customer service and explained what was going on and asked them what our options were. The lady was very nice and said she could order it for us and ship it or else we could buy the one in the store and as long as it was on the Target app they would price match. She said they price match some other places like Amazon as well. So, we went back to get the product. It was locked. It was very easy to get someone to help and they didn’t leave until the right person with the right key arrived. Once at the register, the item ended up ringing up for the online price anyway and didn’t need to be price matched. So, not sure why it wasn’t updated in the store. The store is clean. They have a sanitizing station when you walk in and you can only go one way around the store to the checkouts as they have a block on one end for social distancing. The parking lot is shared because of being in a strip mall and that is kind of a pain. Especially when people come flying into the parking lot at 45 miles an hour and not paying attention. So, make sure you watch all angles.

Went in to look for a toy that was a limited time item but it looks like we went looking for it a little too late as it was all out or rather, we didn’t see a place for it on the shelves so, while that was disappointing, the store itself was bright, clean, and we’ll maintained. It was very busy which is standard for the location but we’re were still able to check out very quickly. We didn’t have any big encounters with staff but the few folks we saw seemed to be working well and had an overall casual disposition. A fine store with lots of good options.

  3. Always like shopping at Target, but I wish they had the shelves in the baby section stocked a bit better. I ended up going to another store to find baby plates and bowls, which was only a pain due to having a 5 month old and I spent his nap time in Target and now had to add another store to the list while he is hungry and upset.

  4. The line to checkout was extremely long. This was the second time I went during the afternoon between 3pm-5pm and the store was extremely busy. I saw the checkout line and left. Easier to order online for pickup. That’s a really nice service they offer. Download the app, shop, drive to the store and park, they bring your order to the car.

  5. There was a problem with my order. A pick up order. A case of soda was broken and there wasn’t one that it could be replaced with. They handled it wonderfully, I was very impressed. Very thoughtful and courteous

    I love target. I love the store. Mostly the workers are friendly. I always have quick checkout service and if there is a return it goes quickly, no hassle. However, the bathrooms are in serious need of remodeling. They should be styled according to the convenience store restrooms where you walk in and you don’t have to open a door and everything is clean and shiny and new.

    Ok so ill start with this i love target, however the other day my daughter got sick while we were waiting in the self check out line. The gal at self check out was like oh lucky me as she rolled her eyes at me. (She didn’t clean up the mess) Ma’am im very sorry i had no intention of my daughter being sick let alone did i even know she was feeling ill i was worried about my kiddo and embarrassed and that was no excuse for her rude behavior even when i apologized profusely. Kids get sick sometimes so maybe watch what you say and how you treat people.

    We love Target! We have been a customer for years in Rapid. I am always amazed by Bill. He is SO friendly and goes above and beyond for EVERY customer. There was another employee that was there (I didn’t grab her name, I wish I did!!). She checked us out on an iPod to get us through the line quicker and gave my son a sticker and was so patient with him and asked some kind questions. Even when it is so busy, the staff is wonderful. 🤍 Leaving this comment because businesses often get reviews when we have a negative experience and rarely when they have good ones. My experiences are always great.

    Careful and always look at your receipts. I will say I’ve been charged for duplicate items numerous times. its a hassle and a waste of my time whenever I go here. The pharmacy people are rude,lack of professionalism, with no customer service. It doesn’t matter if you close in 15 minutes. You still show respect and support the customer
