What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. As always target is a great place for everyone and has everything you can possibly need. The prices of stuff is a little high here than most places but they have a wide variety here. I would recommend anyone to go here since it’s target of course

  2. I used to love going to this location, but just within the past year this place has downgraded so bad that I no longer wish to shop here. It used to be clean, organized, fully stocked with civilized shoppers. Slowly it became the opposite. Right outside the store there is always so much garbage on the floor. The shoe area is HORRENDOUS, with 50 shoes all on the floor. (See picture below) The women’s bathroom is always filthy and smelly, with broken locks on the stalls. The customers that come in have gotten worse too. The employees are not great but ok. Its giving Walmart energy.

  3. This place is a joke! James the so called manager is extremely unprofessional as is the cashier Maria. Both very nasty and huge lack of customer service. I was here purchasing some thing’s off the kids 50% off rack and for some strange reason none of the items were 50% off. i asked the manager to take a walk to the rack and see that all these items are all throughout the front and back of the sale rack. James then told me “ i’m not walking over there i’m trying to get out of here, the price is whatever it rings up”. i showed him photos because i then walked over to take pictures since he didn’t want to hear what i was saying and he still ignored me as did Maria. They were both very dismissive and not nice at all. Neither one of them should be doing customer service since they don’t know how to interact with customers. I am a very frequent shopper at this store and i have never been treated this way.

  4. Today I plan to go to their store to buy a game console and two games. Isn’t such a big company even a basic etiquette? I couldn’t even see a salesman. When I saw other salesmen approaching them and asked them if I wanted to buy a game, they told me to wait. They didn’t have a key, so I had to wait. After waiting for about 15 minutes, no one showed up. This is not the point. The important point is that the service of the person who came out was very poor, and he didn’t answer any questions. I asked him to take the game. I clearly saw it, but the salesperson didn’t see it. The brick and mortar storefront felt very disappointed.

  5. First time I went here was in the summer. I was with a bunch of JCC people and it was a good experience. They have a lot of movies games furniture stuff for your kitchen they even have a Starbucks coffee spot where you can get breakfast. 👌🍩☕ Second time I went there was on Friday before my birthday. So we stopped there first because the food court in the mall doesn’t open until like 11: 00am. I got beef jerky at this place and the checkout was a little complicated but I had a good time running around the store and getting out to go to the mall. I recommend you go to this one on Richmond avenue it’s just by the mall. 🙂👍

This is the better Target in Staten Island. The staff are chill, good people, especially the morning crew like Max. Everyone is pleasant, especially Will, who’s an actual treasure. He absolutely does not need to tone it down like one commenter said. For the most part, shopping here is pleasant. A few qualms, though, are that items are not always in stock and often a particular item can be out for weeks. Additionally, most of the carts are messed up and really irritating to push around. Will always ensures that we get the best cart possible when he’s there, but I don’t really understand why Target can’t get the bad ones fixed or just replace them. With prices steadily continuing to climb, at least some of Target’s profits should go back into the shopping experience. Also, to HQ, please stop putting up Christmas decorations a week before Halloween.

Not only did we find everything we needed and had a quick and easy check out, but my husband forgot his phone. When we realized and returned, the phone had been turned into Customer Service and he was able to retrieve it with no issues.

Customer service was beyond excellent and that was due to an amazing and wonderful cashier named Sandra. I had an issue with my Target Circle app. Sandra took her time and made sure I was able to login successfully. She even went out of her way to take care of other customers behind me so that they did not grow impatient. Sandra’s delightful spirit and beautiful personality is an inspiration to all. Sandra is an incredible asset to target!

When you try to call them to see if they have an item in stock. They 1. Hang up on you 2. Act like they have poor connection or cannot hear you 3. Block your number. This location also has low inventory on many items. Employees callously bring out handytrucks of inventory and purposely block the isles without regard. They also refuse manufacturers coupons. Do better Target.

Very Big Target. The shopping experience was very nice bc the aisles are extra wide, very neat, and fully stocked. I went there for cleaning supplies and drying cloth and they have better selections than other Target stores in Brooklyn. I left the store with a lot more than what I came for… lol. I’m surprised they even have a section for mens called manscape. It was extremely neat and thoughtful. I’ll definitely come back again.
