Sometimes people don’t know what other people are going through and the smallest gestures are the kindest ones. I wish I got the woman’s name who was standing with Axel checking me out but ask him he will know. Anyway I’m happy I’m feeling better than I was before I walked in the store so thank you a bunch! The staff is nice, the store is in a convenient location, and they have a large variety of tools/ home improvement things. I am incredibly disappointed in the gardening section. I have gone to this Home Depot numerous times and the plants always look like they are in poor condition. Many are dead just sitting there, there is water all over, and the plants that are alive are just hanging on. I bought a beautiful house plant from this store only to get home and realize the pot was damaged on the bottom (I kept the plant/pot because I did not want to return it and risk it getting thrown out). Great location with a wide range of products selection. The staff is very knowledgeable and I received very helpful customer service in all the departments I visited. Their parking lot is massive and it’s handicap accessible.
I am super recommend this store ! I forgot take my cash refund before two days, I was worried about my refund can not get. But today when I come, I am appreciated that young girl remember me and another lady told me they contact me but I change new phone but now update. This store customer service is very nice and friendly! I live around Glastonbury, but Manchester store’s staff more friendly than other store.
This store is probably one of the best store for all your needs. Not only it has what you need but I’m more impressed by the staff here. I would 100% recommend this place to family & friends for few reasons. The Staff over here is very helpful, they will never misguide you. They take very good care of their customers by addressing what they need. Luis Sotomayor in Plumbing area is probably one of the best employee the store has. Had a very poor experience with paint specialist Doug. My goodness, I have never met a more rude customer service worker. If you don’t like your job, leave it. Don’t take it out on the customers.
Never ever again will I shop at the Manchester CT Home Depot. Rude employees. Customer service is nonexistent. We were ignored, left standing around while the cashier name Elizabeth basically begged her coworkers to do there job. She was also ignored. She finally got another cashier named Maria to help. Horrible place to shop.
