  1. Love my beautiful yoga mat! I actually have two, one for outdoors and this one for indoors. Very sturdy, I do not slip while doing various poses and it has a great cushion and it’s beautiful! This is perfect for virtual yoga during the social distancing. My hubby bought me this gorgeous yoga bag for one of my gifts to celebrate our seventeen year wedding anniversary. It fits perfectly in there along with a side pocket for keys and my cell! Love it! 💛

  2. I love the experience of being able to return Amazon items and getting a great discount to use on a purchase as well. This store is always clean but they are going above and beyond to help prevent the spread of Covid 19.

    The employees are friendly and helpful, and I encountered several over the course of my shopping experience.

    From the Amazon return to the customer service for an exchange and two helpful associates in the store, everyone went out of their way to help me find just what I needed.

    Kohl’s is a great all-around shop for home/household/makeup/apparel and more and you can. Really get some excellent deals by using coupons, kohl’s cash and their already marked off prices from retail.

    Our Slidell Kohl’s exceeded my expectations in many ways with their super customer service, obvious and continuous cleanliness, assortment of a great selection of goods at awesome prices.

  3. Kohls is a cool place to shop! The guy there is a phenomenal employee! He went out of his way to help! Directed me to Kohl’s Sonoma brand jeans instead of me buying premium pair! He didn’t have to do that! Much respect! This location also has their own wheelchairs! Very cool and baby changing table in Men’s room is always a plus for Dads!

  4. I used the self pickup for the first time. Apparently the store didn’t realize that many people lose internet signal in their store as they
    Go toward the back. I had no signal and no associate. Had to go back up to the front of b the store to get a signal to find my order. Process sucks. Will not be using again.

    The lady at the back counter where you bring Amazon returns is very pleasant. The cashier clerks at the checkout were being loud and disruptive – there weren’t many customers when I went so I guess they had nothing to do. Meh, not too big of a deal but annoying if you’re trying to shop.

    I go here a lot for Amazon returns. With each return at Kohl’s you get a coupon after to be used within 7 days usually. The staff is very welcoming and they have sale ALL THE TIME.

    I ordered the Too Faced Born this Way Natural Nudes palette from the Kohl’s website. The product arrived later than the expected arrival date and was broken. Returning this item that they couldn’t bother to package properly would out me my shipping cost and the most of shipping it back to them. I’d recommend to go anywhere else for makeup purchases.

    I placed a mobile order for three items and went to pick them up. Only two were at the pickup area and when I checked the shelves for my third item multiple were in stock. I told the service desk and they said none were available and I’d have to drive up when they get them in stock, even though I clearly told them I saw multiple for sale. Why do I have to drive up to your store twice to pick up a single order when there are multiple on the shelf for sale? It makes no sense that I have to deal with lazy employees.
