Walmart has plenty handicap parking. Store was clean. Loved that a person can buy hard liquor. I was able to get a nice king cake. I purchased many Cajun things to cook with
Overall this is a good location not the best neighborhood but it worked. Plenty of parking and it’s easily seen from the road and is accessible friendly. Just a friendly parking and store and bathrooms. Bathrooms were kept decently clean and store was kept well stocked.
Super ghetto. The service at the deli is terrible. They act like they don’t want to help you, like you’re a burden. Forget getting a smile or a friendly face. Self checkouts are permanently closed for loss prevention purposes. Many other issues. I’ve decided to pay more and go to Rouses. At least I feel safe.
Unbelievable lines to check out. I started shopping at 5:45. I only had 4 items to pickup. I left the store at 7:15pm empty handed. I didn’t buy anything because couldn’t get checked out in a timely manner.
Right before I left I decided to take a picture of the line of people still left in front of me. Hopefully this review helps someone not to have the same experience that I did.
Pretty average Walmart. They have a great Woodforest Bank ATM that does 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s, 50s and 100s although there is a $2.99 fee for non members. Self checkout is a toss up whether or not it’s available for some strange reason. I have no complaints.
