Gary installed our clean out valve initially. I contacted Gary because I read on Yelp that a reviewer was very pleased when Gary installed his valve. Gary is responsive, professional and does an excellent job. Most important, I trust Gary’s Rooter. I called him for another hydro jetting. He came out today 1/4/2023. So grateful. Again, Gary did an exceptional job.By Claudia Young (4 months ago)Today is the 3rd time (in 8 years) I have used Gary to hydro jet and inspect our sewer line. Gary is extremely responsive (came within 24 hours), arrives when he says he will and gets the job done quickly & efficiently. Our drain was clogged again because of root growth into the sewer line. The hydro jetting gives the drain a new lease of life and I strongly recommend this. Beware of plumbers that suggest you need to immediately replace your main drain line (we were quoted $10k++). I have started having Gary clean the drain every 2-3 years. Once he has hydro jetted the drain and cleared root growth, he does a full video review where he showed me the entire length of our drain line foot by foot from the street sewer back to my house, pointing out where there have been and maybe where there will be problems in the future. In terms of value for money, Gary’s service is the best. If you have a drain blockage (or even if you don’t but want some peace of mind before you have a problem, which I think is the best approach) this is the plumber to call first – no question. I wish all contractors were so reliable, honest and efficient.By John Scott (5 months ago)I’ll keep this short and sweet since you’re not here to read a novel. Just hire Gary. He’s the best plumber for hydro jetting that we’ve ever had, and we’ve needed a bunch. He came on a Sunday, was super clear with his estimate and pricing, and he beat some of the other bids by over $1,000 (one guy wanted $1,750 for the job–Gary was under $600). He’s cool, calm and very talented with the camera/hydro combo. He owns the machinery (it’s not subcontracted) so he’s very proficient, to the point where you feel like he’s a trust artist of rooting. Called Moe Plumbing, and they sent someone the next day to take care of the install. Price was reasonable, and there was a first time service discount which was nice. They were done pretty quickly, and conscientious about the floor (wore boot covers). We had a massive pipe clog in the kitchen after our thanksgiving meal, Ian came the following morning and fixed everything! So thankful for his responsiveness and for the repair. He was kind and profession and we will definitely use him again if I encounter plumbing issues again! Highly recommend.
Ian was incredible to work with, he offered to try for free and only would have charged us if it works he also gave us a discount and was incredibly kind and great to work with! He fixed our toilet no problem!

Ned tail was very knowledgeable and helpful. We called him on Sunday, and he was in my house half an hour later and fixed the clog in my kitchen sink. What I liked the most was that he cleaned up after he was done! Overall, he did a great job!
Raphael and his assistant were professional, knowledgeable and expedient! The were able to take care of my issue much faster than expected. I appreciate their hard work. I do have to say it was very expensive but that is not a reflection on the employees!
