  2. I had a small water leak so I called Dignity Plumbing. Ryan came out and discovered the issue was a bad toilet flange. I approved the estimate and Ryan came back with Mat and fixed the problem. They were on time, fast, professional, and considerate. I highly recommend their services.

  3. Jon Harriss came out here to fix the issue that I was having with the gas pipes and he did an amazing job quick and responded to all my questions. As well as Faith who I spoke with at first did an amazing job with everything that I needed to know! Great team and great prices! I will definitely be using them again if I ever need to and will highly recommend anyone to use Dignity Plumbing! Thank you guys!!!

  4. I have used Dignity Plumbing twice and am currently enrolled in their yearly maintenance service. Scott Morris was the plumber who came out for both of my service calls. He is personable and very thorough in explaining any questions I had. I hired Dignity Plumbing to complete a plumbing inspection of my home purchase as advised by my home inspector ( Clear Inspections another great company). They were able to meet my short notice requirements, very professional, timely. I used them again after home purchase to complete repairs that had been recommended. And now in the process of using them to complete some renovation work. If you want your plumbing done right the first time and fair and transparent pricing for QUALITY WORK, hire Dignity Plumbing!

  5. Earlier today my husband tried to turn off the valve to the cold water supply under the sink and the handle broke off. It had been a lot of years since they had been turned on or off.

    I did a quick Google search and saw the high rating that was given to Dignity Plumbing. I called and Cortney answered the phone. I explained my problem to her, she gave me a quote over the phone and we set up an appointment for a tech to come to my home today.

    Antonio was at my house probably an hour after I first spoke to Cortney. I explained the problem, he looked at it and gave me a very reasonable quote which was within the estimate of what Cortney told me.

    Antonio did an amazing, thorough, fantastic and wonderful job.
    He was also respectful of my home and my property.

    It is a gamble to find a decent company just by doing a Google search but I feel like I hit the jackpot in dealing with Dignity Plumbing.

    Should I ever need plumbing repairs done in the future, Dignity will most certainly get my business and I hope that Antonio will be my tech.

    Speaking with Margaret was wonderful she is very responsive and communicated with us on the eta of Kyle. Kyle arrived, it was raining and he had to get under our home to assess what was leaking.     Clarence was, hands down, the best plumber I have worked with. Courteous, professional, friendly. Also, when calling to schedule Tamara was a breath of fresh air…incredibly service oriented, friendly and chipper. Installed a Toto bidet toilet. Would give 100 stars!

    They were terrific. We have a home warranty and waited for 2 days for them to send technician out to fix our water heater. When they told us we could hire our own, we called Butter at 6:30 on Sunday, and they sent Kyle out. He was here at 8:00pm and brought a new water heater! Thank you Butter Plumbing!

    I give this business 5 stars only because of Chris Cody. My water softener blew on a Saturday & we could not shut the water off to the unit. I called Silver State Plumbing. They came out Sunday morning. Michael came out, removed the unit, & repaired the piping. He also said we need a new pressure valve. We scheduled to have that done on Monday. On Monday a different tech came out & installed the valve. After he left we realized we had no water pressure at all. I called Silver State again. This time they sent Chris Cody. He discovered the valve was never adjusted. He took care of it. He checked every faucet & toilet to be sure everything was working properly We purchased a new water softener & Silver State was going to install it for us. Michael came to install it. He did a horrible job. It leaked & it looked like I did it myself! Not a professional job at all. We called & asked for Chris to come back out. He totally redid everything. He went above & beyond & we couldn’t be happier with the job he did. If I need plumbing service in the future, I will call silver state & request Chris. I hope he never leaves them. I’d also like to add that the people that take the calls are also extremely professional & helpful & make sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. They made me feel my concerns were very urgent & important.

    My experience with this company has been amazing. From beginning to end the customer service was superb and the technicians were professional, courteous, and subject matter experts. Sean and Marc were honestly amazing and I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs and repairs. Their prices were fair and affordable. Once they found out I was a Military service member they made sure I received an additional discount which was very appreciated. I will absolutely be using them in the future.

    Great company, fast, attentive and efficient. Walter was fantastic to work with. He took his time and explained everything so even I could understand. Then he went the extra mile to make sure everything I needed was handled in a professional and timely manner. Would def recommend. I had theee toilets replaced, a new water softener installed and all my shower cartridges re-done. Fantastic work and good price and excellent service from Walter. Thanks again!

    Having just moved here from out of state, we were in desperate need of a good and reasonable plumber. We ended up choosing Silver State due to the good reviews and especially because of Walter. He had done some work for a neighbor and came highly recommended. Walter was sympathetic to our situation and was able to work with us on different options. He was also able to schedule us quickly, and worked in a most clean, neat and professional manner!

    I chose Silver State Plumbing because they installed my last water heater and I didn’t have any better recommendations to go with. I’m extremely happy with their service. My water heater was past its warranty and was leaking beyond repair(but not to the point of flooding). I called them at 6pm and their after hours service took my info. Twenty minutes later I got a call and they said they could send someone out the next day when I got home from work. They gave me a window of 4-7pm and actually arrived 4:15. Walter was very courteous and explained all of my options. I said I was thinking of getting a water softener system as well and he gave me quotes for several different combo systems. I chose a mid-range option and ended up getting a very generous discount after Walter spoke with his supervisor. Walter said he could go pick up and install the water heater that night, but the softener would have to be installed the next day. Taylor arrived to assist him with installation and he was equally well mannered. They stayed that night until everything was running perfectly. Taylor returned the next day (my day off) and installed the entire water softener system by himself because there were no other technicians available to help. He was there for many hours getting everything just right. I was very impressed with his diligence and accountability. The next day there was a noticeable leak from the new piping, a solder joint that had a pinhole. I called Silver State and they again got right back to me and scheduled a tech for the next day to re-solder the joint and everything has been perfect since. I will definitely call Silver State the next time I need any kind of service they provide. Kudos Silver State Plumbing!
