  1. Several weeks ago, we had H.L. Bowman come out and do yearly AC service to our 25+ year system, they stated everything was working ok, but was deteriorating. Things were leaking, and not running @ 100%, long story shirt, they suggested we install new HVAC system. So they set up an in house meeting with there consultant (Brian), which was top notch, explained everything inside and out. Then we decide to get the new system thinking we will be into end of summer or later, and he was like nope in 2 weeks, we were shocked.
    Day of install, 3 of there installers show up, and nothing but great. we spoke, came up with plan, and they got started, amazing install, and service, no sign of any trash. i saw these guys smoked, no issues, no butts anywhere. that is not typical.
    Long story short, this company has a 4.9 rating for a reason. There not the cheapest, but there service, communication, and installation was above and beyond. would recommend them to anyone i know, and have. thanks so much H. L. Bowman.

  2. Professional and courteous when I called seeking information regarding my gas boiler. Also, when I called back to make an appointment for a diagnostic estimate, I got the appointment quickly and for the time and day I wanted. Brandon was the service technician who came to my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and was able to do the repair/part replacement the same day. I am very satisfied with HL Bowman.

  3. We can not say enough good things about this company! We booked an appointment online to get our furnace looked at and they were here the next day at the time they said. Was nice to not have to sit and wait for a “window” when they would show up. The techs, Mike and Mason, we’re friendly, professional, and thorough. Our system required too many repairs, so it was not worth fixing. The salesman, Keith, was here the following day to set us up with a new system. He too was on time, friendly, and professional! He did not try to “sales” us into a system that was more than what we wanted or needed and helped us with a great financing option. Considering it’s the busy season for heating, we were pleasantly surprised that we only had to wait a few days for our system to be installed. The techs, Pete and Mason, were here on time, super friendly, and professional. Again, we do not have one bad thing to say about the entire process!! We will be using Bowman again and highly recommend them!

  4. Mr. Mike Rogers was professional and explained the job clearly. He arrived on time, examined the job, provided a repair price, and completed the job reasonably. Mr. Rogers fixed leaks under my kitchen sink. He installed a new kitchen faucet and an outdoor faucet.

  5. My wife and I unfortunately needed a heat pump replacement. We started out putting in a request to multiple companies for a free quote. Nick, our HL Bowman consultant came out (within 24 to 48 hours) and did a thorough (and I mean thorough) inspection and analysis of our current system (the other company spent 5 minutes, took pictures and left. Obviously, they were removed as a potential candidate). Nick gave us all the information we needed to select the best system for our needs. He was very kind and understanding to our situation. Nick was definitely one of the reasons we decided to go with HL Bowman (we felt he was trustworthy, honest, and that the company puts their customers first). Once the installation took place (which was only a few days wait time), we received multiple text messages and emails stating which technicians were coming out and when they were to arrive. Brian and his coworker Nate were our technicians for our project (a two day installation due to a completely new system being installed). Both technicians did a fantastic job and even showed us the finished product of both units (the attic and outside). They made sure everything was running 100% before leaving. They also asked us if we had any questions with the system or the thermostat (which they showed us how to use). Overall, we had a great experience from start to finish. We’ve had the system for less than 24 hours, so I cannot speak for the longevity of the product but with the right maintenance program, it should last a very long time.Thank you Nick, Brian, and Nate for exceptional customer service.

    Used Pronto for a complete interior sewer pipe replacement. Dan, who came to do the consultation (for free) was wonderful. He walked me through the process and allowed me to view the screen as he camera’d the line. He was very nice and communicated throughout the entire process. For the project, Melvin was the main guy here for both days. I can’t say enough about him! He was phenomenal, very funny and sweet. He did a great job at making me feel comfortable while they spent two days in may house while I was home alone. They cleaned up after themselves, laid down and hung up sheets to prevent dust from flying everywhere, and even took of their boots when walking through the house to prevent tracks. I was highly impressed, especially for the price. 10/10 would use them again and recommend them, especially with Melvin!

    I first had in estimate 2 weeks ago. The technician came into my home while I was asleep knowing that a child answered the door. I did not respect that. However he checked my garbage disposal and said it needed replaced and new drain lines. I did not like the total. So I got a few other estimates. Generally it was around the same cost so I decided to use their service because it was soonest available. On Friday morning the same technician who gave me the estimate completely the service rather quickly. I will say 1hr tops. I ran the sink and tried the garbage disposal to check it was working as expected from what I can tell. I don’t trust companies initially because it can be a rip off. Today I run my dishwasher just to make sure everything is truly working correctly. Strangely enough I hear odd noises and sounds like water is spilling. I look on the floor nothing. Dishwasher stops I check under the sink. There you have it the garbage disposal has become unattached and the water leaked all over my floor. I took pictures and contacted the company immediately. The phone dispatcher has forwarded the information I have given and I will wait to see how this will proceed. I will say please beware. I have read other reviews of them creating more problems than you started with. So please use another company. I will update on how this process goes. But as it stands this will be my first and last time using this company for any services.

    2/5/2023 – My first interaction with Pronto Plumbing. I called Monday morning to schedule an appt for an estimate and spoke with Krista who was friendly, sympathetic, and extremely professional. It is not often that I have a customer service interaction that sticks out, but Krista surely did. She is a great first impression for Pronto Plumbing. Update 2/6 – We had Ethan A. at our home to provide an estimate for new sewer lines, and he was just as great as Krista – highly knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Update 2/7 – I had called Pronto to see if they had video or photos of our sewer lines to pass off to our insurance company. Krista did not miss a beat as said, of course they do, and sent them over. I had the photos and videos arrive in my email inbox within seconds of hanging up the phone. I am continually impressed with Pronto. Update 3/9 – I spoke with Cory several times through February and early March. He checked in with me to see if we needed anything while we waited for our insurance claim to post. He was always kind and gave the impression that he cared. He was patient with us, and I felt no pressure as we waited for our insurance claim. Update 3/13 – Cody, Lester, Drew, and Melvin arrived as schedule to our home (on a rainy 40 degree morning the day after day light savings clock changed forward, no less) ready to work. They did a massive sewer pipe bursting project for us that took from 8am-4pm. They were absolutely fantastic to deal with and performed the job as expected. The pronto team handled all of the necessary paperwork with the township, and the township came out and inspected with no issues. I would highly recommend Pronto and the entire team to anyone. Everyone along the way was upbeat, kind, and made our issue, their issue. To Krista, Ethan, Cory, Cody, Lester, Drew and Melvin — Thank you!

    My quote was fast and reasonably priced. I had confirmation calls for my appointment leading up to the day I chose. They would have been able to get me in quickly but I chose a few weeks out. I was offered financing if needed which is helpful in case of emergencies. The day of my service the team was on time, explained what was being done and why. They answered any questions I had and were polite. Work was completed efficiently and professionally. I will happily use their services again and would recommend them for anyone looking for plumbing services.

    I had purchased a new washer and when the company came to install it the valves for the water lines had to be replaced as they were leaking. They said I needed a plumber. Since Pronto had done great work for me within the last year I called them and they scheduled me early the next day. Brock arrived and shared with me what he would be doing and the price which I agreed on so he could start the work. He took care of all the plumbing necessary to fix the issue and moved the washer into place, answered any questions that I had. He is a very nice young man, very pleasant, very patient and did a fine job for me which I truly appreciate.

Not only did they help us, they helped us install a brand new HVAC system (the old one was over 20 years old). My wife is 8 months pregnant so we needed the job done quickly just in case a new family member showed up.     Great experience! Was able to get a next day service appointment. Company sent me a text & an email with photo of tech I was to expect – which reduces risk of fraud. Tech found the issue with the furnace occasionally not turning on and cleaned it up without need for a part. Had an upgraded thermostat (that I’ve been wanting for a while) on the truck. During installation of the new thermostat, found some issues with the old wiring not being connected and fixed that without having to replace the wiring. Was able to invoice electronically on his tablet and take credit card payment without issue. Signed up for the twice a year routine maintenance to keep the units inspected on a more regular basis. Professional and thorough technician. Reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend!

    We have used their maintenance service for several years since moving into our new residence. They are very knowledgeable about our home and send the same technician every year who has a depth of knowledge for continuity of service.     These guys were prompt, clean and quiet as they did their initial assessment before cleaning our ducts. They showed us photos of the insides of the ductwork to back up their conclusion that NOTHING NEEDED TO BE DONE. When is the last time you had a professional come to your home to do work and were told you really didn’t need them? They offered a less expensive alternative to duct cleaning, but followed with the opinion that we weren’t likely to notice any effects. I was impressed with their integrity.
