I was looking for a place to take the rtk test because I left on the weekend, but luckily I found a place that does it on Saturday. The staff were also very friendly and quick. highly recommended
Sad to say, the reviews really look paid.
1. The wait was effing long, i sick until more sick.. 2. my boyfriend texting me say he dying in the car..
3. Total time to consultation is 1 hour when there was only 2 persons ahead of me.
4. Total time to medication is now 30 min..
But, my doctor experience was okay but i think the receptionist abit siao.. i ask where my drugs after 30 min.. she say will prepare now -.- are you okay?
Very bad & unprofessional service from this clinic. Had went to do rtk on yesterday, actually i got covid positive[doing my own self test kit] & having symptoms bad fever, runny nose, coughing, sore throat & headache. The unprofessional staff just simply doing the nasal swab to my nose & said is negative result. The rtk is doing by unprofessional staff, not even service from the doctor. I told them i did my self test kit at morning & afternoon time is showed positive. They even can said my covid self kit not accurate at all. Their is professional & accurate one. Omg laosy service ever.
Not recommended at all & zero star[no choice google review must put at least 1 star] . 1st & last time my visit. Bye2.
Super unprofessional receptionist! Promise will send me the my x-ray report on Monday and they totally forgotten. I called more than 4 times and they said will send me afterwards until now (Friday) and i’dont receive a single thing.
Did my blood and harmone test from there my results were not good testosterone level showed low creatinine was high etc i really got scared i went to private hospital then doctors asked me to repeat all the tests in morning and result were all normal klinik metromedic took my samples in evening thats why my results were not accurate THEY SHOULD INFORM THEIR CUSTOMERS TO GIVE SAMPLES EARLY MORNING FOR ACCURATE RESULTS i informed them about this they just did nothing they just want to loot people I guess
