  1. ☝️ This five stars go to Michael Major and his two apprentices. They came out for a third and final visit to fix a stubborn drain clog. They installed an exterior washout pipe and reworked the pipe under our kitchen sink making it more efficient. They were respectful and very professional. Highly recommended.

  2. Was told 350 for new sink installation, but ended up being 800 dollars for pipe adjustment too. Job done in about 1.5 hr. To me, pretty expensive but the guy did a good job installing. Was never told of 800 cost until job was finish and price changed. Very expensive but sink was installed and working so far. My advice is to be sure to ask for price before agreeing to doing the job if price is a concern (which it was to me). Overall I would hire them again but would check for pricing before any work is done. Quality of work is good.

  3. Wow!! I knew Earl’s was fast but this was nuts. Called them at 12:41pm to advise that our toilet tank wasn’t filling. They came immediately, fixed it, and left at 1:12pm. Thirty one minutes from call to done! I know that wouldn’t normally happen but had to give Earl’s a big shout out for this one. We use them often and they are always timely, professional, and reasonably priced.

  4. Reyes was my technician that came out to help troubleshoot some Thermostat and Furnace issues I was having. Within minutes of being here he was able to pinpoint the issue and provide a solution! He was very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling Earl’s back in the future. They were extremely kind, fair with pricing and provide great customer service.

  5. Earl’s just did a pretty significant plumbing repair on our house and now that it is all done I felt it would only be appropriate to leave a review for others that are thinking about using them. We have their warranty service and have used them several times on our slightly older home. We have always been pleased with their professionalism. With our latest repair, I felt that everyone representing Earl’s was amazing: Sam [answered several of my calls, was genuinely concerned with our needs, and helped with scheduling], Skyler [confirmed the issue and helped us to limit the damage], Trey [strategized the fix, kept me informed throughout the whole process and did a great job of completing the repairs], and last but not least Jeff [helped with the construction needs to remove and replace the tile SEAMLESSLY] Each member of this team had incredible integrity, transparency and even concern for our needs. There were others that helped throughout the process whose names I’ve forgotten or didn’t catch and I do hate not being able to list them too. I have never felt at ease with anyone doing plumbing work in past homes but Earl’s has far exceeded my expectations!

    The sewer started backing up into our showers on a Sunday evening. I called Lowery because they advertise no extra charge for evenings/weekends. The lady that answered the phone was nice but I never did get a technician to call or come help our problem. I called back 3 times over 2+ hours and talked to the same lady each time. She assured me the technician had received my information but she couldn’t tell me if he would actually respond. Lowery can offer the “no extra charge for weekends” because they don’t actually show up to do the work on a weekend. I will never call them again.

    The tech came out looked at the heating unit and told me all that was wrong was it needed I thermostat which I provided. I paid $95 for service call plus $100 for labor. I noticed a few days later that the heating unit didn’t seem to be getting hot enough to warm the rooms. I called back and they wanted to charge me another $95 dollars to come back out when they should have checked this before leaving. I already paid them to fix it but they didn’t fix it and still want to charge me a second time. That’s what’s wrong with companies like this…double charging.

    I used Lowery for a drain cleaning back in 2019. The technician that came out used a hand tool to clear out my bathtub drain, the same type of hand tool that I used. I thought this wouldn’t be sufficient but the technician told me that if this didn’t clear out the line that they would come back to do a proper cleaning of the line. 4 days later I had a clogged drain again. I called back and I was told I needed to pay again for another drain cleaning. I was a little upset and told them I shouldn’t have to pay again since I received poor service the first time the technician came out. Now almost 4 years later, I called to have a drained cleaned and I was told that they would need to get approval to service my house again. This is already 2 almost 3 days after my initial request for service and I didnt get a response. I had to call to check on my status of my request and I was told there was no record of my initial request. All of the other plumbing companies in Lubbock are better then Lowery. Its sad that a company does not want to do business with someone after a little criticism for having poor customer service.

    Like most drain stoppages it seems to always happen on the weekend and because we live in Brownfield we don’t have any weekend or emergency plumbers here. This one happened on Saturday after 5 that evening when we had both bathrooms stopped up and soon the kitchen followed as well. Called because they offer the emergency service and I like the fact no overtime or weekend higher charge. After calling Greg called me back and because of other service calls he would be out the next day. He was and was very polite listening to the concerns we were having with our plumbing system and went to work and got the job done. Even stayed and made sure everything was running like it should. Thanks Greg and thanks Lowery Plumbing for coming to our rescue.

Very friendly, explained everything to me about the water heaters, cleaned up after their work was done. They were also the ones who blew insulation in the attic! Again, they did a great job.
