He listened to our issue we were experiencing, asked questions to clarify and come up with a solution, and was able to resolve our drainage problem. Throughout the appointment, he explained what he was doing. At the end, he made a recommendation to help keep our drain pipe continuously “maintained” at a consumer level. The overall interaction with Ricky helped make an unfortunate experience into a positive one especially heading into a holiday. Miguel was the person I worked with and he was great. They are in line with the price of plumbers in this area, which isnβt inexpensive, but at least Iβm getting good reliable service for my money. They do however come out to evaluate your issue and estimate costs without charge. Thatβs huge because if you decide not to go forward youβre not out of pocket at all. Duncan had serviced the furnace for the prior owner. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Duncan called to tell me they didnβt have the manpower to keep the appointment and didnβt have any idea when they could reschedule. The tech handled the fact that I had two unattended dogs present and left me with a fully working and tested system by the time he was done. Steve was terrific! He called and told me he would be here in 45 minutes, and he was. He looked over our furnace. Ran some tests. Explained the problem we called about was common (and they don’t put the problem device on newer models) so we simply turned it off. The furnace works fine without it. He took pictures of the manufacturers lable so Bellows would have it in their files. Charged only the minimum fee for a service call. If we have any future needs or problems Bellows will be our first call.
Michael was great! He was quick to spot the cause of the problem with our gas wall heater and then he thoroughly checked out the entire unit and all the connections.He was also really cool about explaining what he was checking and what they did. He has a wealth of knowledge about gas wall heaters as well as lots of other stuff I am sure. Employees like Michael are the reason we call Bellows for our electrical and heating issues. Thanks again Michael!
Bellows installed a mini-split heat pump system for our all electric house. They were very easy to work with, responsive to our calls, prompt with scheduling, kept us informed, and bent over backwards to meet our needs. There was a noise problem after installation because of vibration in the outside wall, and they moved the system to a new location without extra charge. The system works extremely well.We purchased their yearly maintenance service as well. We highly recommend them!
I spoke to a human. Not a recording that may or may not reply. That is a big deal to me. Jonathan arrived at the appointed time with a bonus pre-call to let me know he was 10 minutes out. Our furnace was fixed in 30 minutes. The fee was modest. Our furnace has been working great! We also received honest advice. Our furnace is quite old. It was suggested we do not spend a ton of money on any future repairs. We got the hint. It will be cheaper and more efficient for us to swap out.
I would highly recommend Bellows for your plumbing needs. It was easy to get an appointment. They gave me notice of when they would arrive. Niko was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took care of my plumbing problems and gave me some great advice.
