2 weeks agoSo I come on the last day they were offering $25.99 unlimited membership deal and wow am I so happy I did it. I came today for my regular wash with my membership and Garrett Frazier (location manager) saw some scuffs on my driver door and put my car through the wash again to get the transferred paint off with no extra charge. The customer service here is excellent and personable. He even saw my dent in the back & offered to help me get it out! I can’t thank Garrett enough and his team for their hospitality!! 10/10!! 100 stars if I could! Btw they have Ladies Day Tuesday’s, military/police &fire discounts everyday. Amazing!!!a month agoThis used to be my go to car wash. Unfortunately the quality dropped in the past several years. Went there for a “Royal wash” which is $34. Disappointed with both exterior and interior work. The machine left some smudges on the outside and the rims look like they haven’t been touched at all. Also still have bunch of dead bugs on my windshield. As for the inside, there is sand left on the driver seat and in the trunk, all the sleek surfaces (the shiny parts around gear shifter, on the doors around lock and window controls) were wiped down with a wet rag that left water stains all over the place. It looks like speed is prioritized over quality, and it wasn’t even busy when I got there, only two or three cars ahead of me.3 weeks agoPaid for the Prince Wash specifically so the inside would get vacuumed. Got home, and they didn’t vacuum at all (photo attached).Lady on the phone said I needed to drive back if I wanted it corrected… I’m not going to do that. E-mail or text message should have been sufficient.
a month agoPretty satisfied with every wash I have gotten here. So much so, I recently signed up for the unlimited monthly wash plan. This place isn’t super close to me, but I know it’s worth the drive over here because my car will be taken care of. The young lady outside with the long braids is super nice! Very welcoming, and so personable. Service here is very good! Very happy customer here!4 months agoPhenomenal customer service and an excellent job detailing my truck! Too bad I live on the west coast of Florida or I would be here weekly! 1000% worth every penny!

3 weeks agoHorrible car wash. I’ve never seen anything worse than this car wash. Nothing works. No cleaning cloths for the car. The vacuum doesn’t work. It doesn’t read cards. The car remains as dirty as it was. Money wasted.2 months agoI drove up at 6 pm to do a quick wash…or so I thought. I purchased the $12 wheel deal which included tire dressing and buff dry on the signage. I inserted cash into the kiosk, 2 – 5 dollar bills and 2 singles and didn’t receive a receipt. I hit the help button. There was 1 lone attendant working inside the car wash who came out to see if he could help reset the kiosk but was unsuccessful. After 15-20 minutes of chaos looking for someone who knew how to bypass it, which included a co-worker who did not speak or understand English but alleged that I didn’t pay, the original attendant got permission by someone he called on his phone to let me through. He was very nice and apologetic, the co-worker…not so much. She disappeared immediately. I was disappointed that there was barely any soap that was dispensed when I finally got my car on the conveyor belt and the wash apparatus has seen much better days. The tires were sprayed with something but the sprayer missed large spots and the buff dry only did the hood and stopped. This experience really wasn’t worth the money, time or effort.2 months agoI used to like this place. Their cheapest car wash including interior is now $40! The air conditioning inside is not working. They open at 8:00. At 8:45 the guy who does the interior hasn’t arrived. If they didn’t have my $40 I would leave. I am NEVER coming back here again! It is an automated pay machine and the customer service is horrible. I had trouble with the machine to pay and called for an attendant, no one came. And when I got out the car to get someone all they did was tell me to pay double for something I wanted to pay that was going to be cheaper. DO NOT GO HERE!I love how they reply and decide to give another amount, $20 when in total I was trying to pay $37 for a in and out wash without the monthly plan and Rafael wanted to charge me $50. I will prove to anyone with pictures your false advertisement posters and your Rude reply to the actual events. AND HOW RAFAEL REFUSED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP ON THE SPOT, even though I told him, fine charge me $25 for a poor wash and I never want to even hear from this place.

Detailing is not their thing, second time and last I’m coming here. I asked the guy who gives me the receipt if they can do some detailing, and he said yes is okay. I was exited but they missed a lot, like ridiculous. And on top of that they put a liquid in one of my carpets and now it has a stain, it’s like you paying for nothing
This is by far, the best all around car wash in South Florida! From the moment you pull up, the kindness in the staff here is unbelievable.
Their detail center is one reason I keep coming back too. I just signed up for the monthly unlimited plan too which is totally worth it if you plan on washing your car at least twice a month.
I’d like to give a special “Thank You” to the following staff that always make it worth the while! Thanks to David, Pops, Ronnie, Quinton and of course the managers for everything they do to make sure every customer leaves happy!!!
I love coming here. They’re super dog friendly. They provide treats for your fur friends. I’ve been a member here for almost a year now. I think or longer. Everyone is so sweet. Also my car always looks fresh on the outside and inside. If you have any concerns they take care of right away.
I paid for a blowout service and detail. Usually this takes about 45 minutes, today, clearly they just took my money and gave me a regular wash and dry. After reclining the seats, in which they did NOT vacuum, I see this area wasn’t even touched, so had to go back and have the seats vacuumed again. Today the car wasn’t blown out, nor was the interior properly cleaned or detailed. I just left saying, lesson learned.
I asked the young man in charge outside, why wasn’t my car in the back where in the past it was blown out, he said, sometimes it’s done in the front when the back has to close down. This will be the last time I bring my cars here for sure!! If you use this service, inspect your car before you leave. Go to another car wash if you want a proper blowout and detail.
I set out to have the inside of my car detailed … wash seats and rugs … I specifically asked if the stain on my seat would come out and the man checking me in said absolutely. I left the car with him and went inside to pay. 2 hours later I come back and the seats are covered in plastic .. the guy checking me out tells me seats are still wet so I leave covers on and drive home. Later that evening I take the plastic cover off and see that the stains are still there … parts of the seat weren’t even washed. I immediately emailed the location with pictures since they were closed and this morning left a message for the manager to call me back. No response! $179 for a basic wash! Don’t waste your time or money!
