a week agoI was greeted as I entered the front of the drive through wash and was serviced quickly. (There were no cars in front of me.) Those who dried and cleaned the interior did a good job.There is a covered, outside waiting area and a small inside waiting area.
Keep in mind that this is a car wash and a car detailing place. It is a good wash, but it is not a detail.
The location appears to be older and smaller than many Autobell locations, but the wash was done well.
3 weeks agoThey did a great job washing my car. The person hand drying my car, Ant, did an awesome job leaving no streaks and my tires were super shiny once he was done. He did a great job!2 months agoI was told by a manager that cleaners do not vacuum under seat that’s that another add on feature I have to pay for; when I am paying the highest ($70) for services! 5 months agoI love this place but I would love it more if they supplied towels free and sprays like others placed. AAAassnd alllllll of my car got wash… There’s always one or two spots that just never get cleaned.3 months agoWent thru the $12 wash I have visible dirt still on windshield, side of vehicle on both sides, & as I was using the vaccum the suction piece popped off which was taped on.4 years agoI went to get my SUV washed on Sunday afternoon and purchased the $12 wash. When I got home I noticed it looked like a asked my 7 year old to wash the car. The car looked like the brushes missed about half the car. You could see the dirty and clean spots from the brushes. I regularly wax my car and there was no mud or anything on the car, just normal driving in the rain dirt. I’ve never experienced this from the car wash in Harbor View. I feel like I wasted $12.a year agoThe carwash does a really good job getting your vehicle clean. But if they damage your vehicle like they did mine the will not fix it. They will claim it was already like that before you go in. “Edit”Green clen is a joke your response is a lie. I reported it immediately and never heard a thing back until I kept pursuing the matter. Then they told me the machine didn’t damage my vehicle and told me they wouldn’t pay. Funny the part was attached to my vehicle before I went in and the manager had to go inside and pick up the part before someone else ran over it.4 years agoThis car wash is a joke!!! The drive thru wash malfunctioned and damaged my car today. It ripped a hole in my bumper. Beware of this place!!! The attendants were useless and couldn’t give me the information that I needed to talk to someone!!!! Yikes!!!

Took my car in and yes it got it really clean and the use of the vacuum was very helpful.
The issues I had is when my car came out of the car wash the spoiler broke off. I have never had this issue before. Upon contacting the company it took them two days and three phone calls from me to get an incident report and I had to take my car back up there for them to see it.
To no avail I was told because my car was a 2008 it was old and they would not repair it. I will never again use this company. I would rather pay for use of a vacuum and have my property protected then not. As you can tell by the pics I take good care of my car.
Their excuse was because your car is over 10 yrs old it was bound to happen.
Great experience, I was signing up for the unlimited wash and that went very quickly. The service attendant was friendly and we had a great short conversation about Colorado. My first wash did leave behind a “racing stripe” of dirt along the sides that I noticed, while using some of the best vacuums at a car wash I have ever used, and the same attendant checked with me to see if I had any issues. I showed her and she had me rewash right there and they realized they had the system set on a gentle cycle due to some of my off-road stuff. I highly recommend this location!
I have rated this car wash before…again. I really enjoy our membership there. I can’t beat the value of the car wash and the use of vacuums. I’ll keep going!
Took my truck here to get cleaned. It’s a drive through car wash with an area to vacuum your car when finished. This is semi-self serve but very affordable and I’ve never had my truck get this clean anywhere else. The machines are general on the paint and did not leave an ounce of dirt or residue. The vacuum area is free after getting a wash and they offer a free wash, if it rains within 24hrs of your car being cleaned.
Blowers do not dry your vehicle off. Go to the one in Portsmouth, make be because it’s newer, but such a better wash and facility. Even has air hoses for you to dry off the difficult to get spots dry. You’ll never have to use a towel and scratch your paint again.
