a month agoThis beautiful old Victorian home is in great shape and well-decorated. The owners are so kind and provided a delicious full breakfast. The rooms are quaint and clean. We had a comfortable nights sleep and it’s a nice stroll into downtown Napa. The price was also very fair considering the area.in the last weekAmvic the manager was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. I will never forget the feeling of walking into the room and how special it felt. It was so clean, the beds were so comfortable, it was a less than 10 minute walk to downtown and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was soooo delicious. I will be back every time I’m in Napa and recommend this to everyone5 months agoGreat location in a lovely old home. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was outstanding with delicious burrito, fresh fruit, muffin, coffee and fresh squeezed juice. Our bath had a clawfoot tub, which may be difficult for some to get in and out. Would definitely stay again!in the last weekStaff very friendly and attentive. Bed was comfortable. Great location. Outside courtyard has many seated areas, fireplace area, and is just peaceful. Ask within easy walking distance to the Riverwalk and the main street with everything from restaurants, bars, shopping, and even wine tasting places as well as the River and park. Wonderful! Also, I loved how the kitchen came with all the cooking utensil required to cook up a fresh meal. The check-in process and parking was straightforward. Especially we’re in love with the kitchen! It’s a pleasure to cook something or make a coffee there. And it was so nice of them to gave us a bottle of wine as a compliment. We’re definitely going to come back and already miss this place.

We celebrated our anniversary in Napa and stayed here. This was our first time experiencing a bed and breakfast. Our experience was absolutely phenomenal. The rooms were amazing. Clean. The breakfast was great each day. Kim was wonderful, friendly and helpful. She made our stay that much better. This is a location friendly place close to Napa downtown where there’s so much to do and experience.
This inn is a repurposed old home in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to the city center. It has colonial-inspired interior design that they’ve kept but adapted with modern touches. The rooms in the main house are spacious, with seating areas, king beds, and 2-person soaking tubs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The beds and pillows are comfortable and you can’t hear your neighbors at all if you have the fan on. Breakfast is served on the garden patio (there’s also indoor seats, but they’re limited) at a designated time you select prior to your stay, and my assumption is that it changes daily. Since it’s not disclosed prior, it may not be a good option for picky eaters. Check in is contactless and you get the code to the front door in an email prior to your stay, along with information about the free parking. This is a great option if you want to stay off the beaten path but close enough to the center.
Great B&B with amazing homecooked breakfasts each day. Less than 10 min walk to downtown Napa, private parking lot, and centrally located for driving to wineries. Rooms were great with a tub as well as fire place. Would recommend to anyone and will stay here again next time in Napa!
We came with another couple. Both rooms were clean and nice. We had a balcony, big shower and two person tub. The breakfast was amazing and unique. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit in the evening. The location was great and we walked to shop, eat and the wine train. We spent 2 nights here.
We had a wonderful stay at the Inn on First while see a concert in touch. The accommodations were perfect, nice touches of chocolate and champagne waiting for us. The friendliest of staff and the morning breakfast was so delicious. Will gladly stay here again if the opportunity arises.
