3 weeks agoI’ve been a memeber for more than 3 years and lately the damages to my vehicle isnt worth the money I pay them. I drove through the wash and kept going and the machine ripped the chrome cover off of my side mirror. I called as soon as I noticed it and asked Dave the (manager) to check the tunnel. He never called called back after 5 hours so I drove back up there. Dave was on a personal calls and had not checked the tunnel but he was closing up shop. Poor customer service and to lie to your customers is a terrible practice. After multiple scratches and now a mirror cover damaged, WHITE WATER CAN CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS. THEY DENY EVERY CLAIM THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR.a week agoThe service from start to finish needs improvements. Both managers, the asset. more so definitely needs to go. I have to tell him not to rush my car through and actually prep my suv before it’s sent through the wash. They’ve had some great people apply for jobs but continue to keep what’s bringing this business down.2 months agoDecided to stop in for a car wash in my brand new car while out spending time with the wife for her birthday. Vacuums seemed to work fine I can’t complain about that but after cleaning the inside of the car we took it through the wash. Did everything I was told, car in neutral and hands off steering wheel. Not ten feet into the wash my steering wheel turned on it’s own while the conveyor was pushing us and then we heard a loud clutter and then it went away, before we even made it out of the wash my tire light was on. Once out of the wash I got out of the car to check it over because of the sound we heard and the light on the dash that wasn’t there before. After looking I noticed my front tire was completely flat the car wash ripped my valve stem completely out of the tire and did some pretty good cosmetic damage to my rim. I Immediately went and got a manager and they filled out a report while I put my spare tire on in 100 degree plus temps and I was told I would be contacted with in 72 hrs after camera footage was reviewed. Finally got a call back today and was told the footage was reviewed and they could see that the tire and rim was completely fine pulling into the wash but damaged coming out and that they would deny my claim to pay for any of the damage caused because the cameras didn’t show enough as if that’s my fault and that my valve stems and rims were “aftermarket”. The car is 100% factory Corolla Night shade edition with factory painted black wheels not a single aftermarket part on the car. And they also stated it ran fine the rest of the day and didn’t damage any other vehicles so that’s another reason why they weren’t going to cover anything. I’m sure this car wash pulls in 1000s a day in revenue and won’t replace a 300 dollar rim. Car only had 11,000 miles on it I sure do appreciate the damage y’all caused and great customer service. Also my car was still pretty dirty after all was said and done as many other customer have stated now that I see these reviews. Stay far away from this place they do not stand behind the service they provide.7 months agoCar wash does good on every type of wash. Staff is informative and helpful to remove buildup prior to entering the bay. Love that they have the small nozzle tip & regular vacuums to get between seats, towels to clean and dry off the vehicle. They even have a machine to clean the floor mats! Overall great experience any time I go there. They need to open more locations. One other in Spring.6 months agoFor $22 dollars and a tip, you’d figure a better job would have been done. Driver door right in the center doesn’t even look touched. Doubt I return to this car wash

They restored my filthy car to like new condition!!! 😭 Before detail: my seats were terribly stained, filled with dog hair and stank, floors were dirty, grimy, and full of degredation. I live on a dusty road .. they want to charge $10 extra for mud .. I live in a dusty road and they refuse service because they can’t tell the difference between mud and dust. So if you want to bring your car here you need to clean it first and get ready to get treated in the rudest way possible, like the employee walking away from you in the middle of a conversation2 months agoQuick and quality service. It was my 1st time at this car wash. Norman brought me clean towels when he noticed me looking for them. Then he offered to help me finish getting the bugs off the front of my vehicle. When I offered him a cash tip he politely refused. His manager walked up and explained that they are not allowed to accept cash tips however he gave me a card with a QR code on it so I could leave a review. Pretty happy with the outcome. My typical hand wash costs 40$ +10$ tip. They do everything inside and out. But for a quick wash to get the bugs and sap off my car for less than 20$ I’m pretty happy!
Denis was amazing he got me every single towel I used for my tuck seemed like a hard worker was constantly cleaning around the car wash he even gave me an extra quarter to get a car Scent when I only had $0.75 to make it a full dollar.
They must be letting really muddy cars with rocks go through the wash because the wraps and the brushes are leaving scratches and paint damages on my vehicle. I worked and was a manager for a car wash similar to this and in my experience these scratches would come from the wraps getting rocky muddy build up from overly dirty trucks and then scraping other cars when they went in behind them. It was policy at my car wash for the car wash to fix these issues, and the damage inflicted on the customers vehicle. I’m not sure what the policy is for WhiteWater. I’m very unhappy that my paint has giant steaks across it and chips. I would appreciate being contacted about this as I know it’s because caused by the wash.
Additionally, when they guide you in they do a nonchalant job and don’t care if your wheel scrapes the track at all and it ruins your rims. Their job is to guide your tire in so it’s not getting scraped, and they don’t care if it does because they see car after car and don’t feel like it’s a big deal.
I truly appreciate the employees at this location. These kids work hard in all weather conditions and they strive to make the customers have a great experience. They follow up on vehicles making sure the first wash completely cleaned the vehicle and if it didn’t, they offer to run your car through again. They also power wash the car mats and assist with any other items needed.
They are always friendly and helpful. On this day a nice young man named Nolland actually cleaned the bugs off the front of my truck. Never had a bad experience yet.
