This place does a good job at helping you maintain your vehicle.a month agoGreat customer service! Since they no longer clean the back end of my vehicle it never really gets clean like it used to. Not a fan of the front sprayers prior to entry.But always quick and easy.a month agoJust went through Crews Carwash in Noblesville, SR 37. Had a great experience! I encountered 3 workers and all 3 of them were very nice and so accommodating. I wish I got their names, one was a dark haired male, one was a blonde hair lady at the entrance of the carwash and the third was a female greeting and taking orders, she was brown hair and a little taller than average. Thank you all very much for a wonderful experience. I’ll spread the good word and will be visiting again in the future!6 months agoGreat car wash. And the Ultimate package monthly is a great deal. Already used it 4 times this so it has more than paid for itself. Great customer service and always clean locations.8 months agoAlways gets my car looking near brand new, employees are always very friendly. However..I was a bit disappointed to learn about the hour reduction, as my unlimited membership has become a bit less useful. I typically was only able to come out right after work for my washes, which timed right around 8:30 or so. I understand it, as many businesses have undergone the same route lately as well, we all will adapt with it. It was definitely a tad disappointing.

2 months agoI’ve been to this place multiple times. Paid for a variety of services and always wind up really disappointed. Got the interior and exterior wash today and my car basically got a very basic vacuum.a month agoThese guys have been getting it right…Inside and out. (Our existing service provider didn’t offer inside services at all their locations) so decided to change it up on one of our vehicles. Happy we did. Gained valuable time back.Hand wash locations have been very challenging to find with consistent days hours, quality service, good staff.

2 months agoThe outside of my car will be cleaned good. They do not do the inside well. I had a membership and canceled it. I went their 3 times in one month and each time my vehicle’s inside was not vacuumed properly and there was always streaks on my dash. If I’m paying 50 bucks for a membership a month I want at least it vacuumed properly.a month agoPlace has really gone downhill since I started using them years ago. Just had and interior and exterior wash done. When they said my truck was ready, it definitely was not. All the windows were a mess as was the inside. They cleaned it up again, and now looking at it at home they barely wiped down most of the inside. Not sure if it’s an issue with the workforce like everyone is experiencing but this place used to be dependable. Now it’s a big hit or miss with interior work like a lot of the reviews have said.a year agoIn general this is a OK carwash, bit pricey for the 180 unlimited plan compared to competitors.Sometimes the soup or water nozzles are not working properly and I leave the bay with soup on my car because it was not washed from one side or so!
The water you use for rinse is not spot-free and when it’s not dried correctly it leaves spots on my black truck
The air drying doesn’t really dry the car!
I have a pick-up truck (no lift) the employees can’t reach the front windshield, rear window or Hood so I normally have to park aside and do it my self!
The auto wash doesn’t clean wheels, mine are 20 inch wheels and they’re always dirty after the wash.
I highly suggest investing more in maintenance and adding/adjusting the air dryer so you don’t need to have people do the job!
What I like is the hand-applied tire shine, since I have 20 inch wheels they don’t really fit at crew carwash Automatic tire shine so this is great.
One last thing I mentioned comparing to Crew Car Wash (have membership for my other car for over a year) is that their employees are super friendly, always smiling and they really look happy with their job but Prime carwash employees not very friendly, welcoming and rarely saw someone smiling and happy-looking with what they’re doing (please make your employees happy so they reflect that to customers).

Excellent facilities for both personal and automatic full car wash. NOT full service where the interior cleaning is included. Self-service interior cleaning machines are available for a nominal fee for 8 mins.
Plenty of workers, but evidently no one wants to pay attention. Sat in line for 10 extra minutes because three teenagers need to check their phones instead of paying attention to the rotation at the three car lanes. The Middle Lane got skipped five consecutive times, and morning got done until I got there attention.
Kelsey Ginder operations manger was outstanding she went above and beyond expectations, she helped me clean out our work van at your self service station, I wish I could instill her work ethic in my managers! Thanks Kelsey keep up the good work.
Wash was okay but needed a repeat wash to clean grill and windshield. Windshield still was dirty after second wash. Didn’t ask for a third wash. It seems this happens more often since they no longer have the person washing the windshield and/or front and back of car. The automatic spray doesn’t seem to do the job.
Got an Ultimate Wash at 96th Street location yesterday July 31st.
Noticed today tire shine was applied to left side but not right side.
