8 months agoCan’t decide. Got a new truck and took it through to get the road grime off. Took the upsell for the subscription. First pass they retracted the rear brush because of my hitch without even mentioning it. Took it through again. Still missed a lot of spots and left a decent surface scratch down the right side. My last truck was white so I never noticed the little stuff. This one is dark so it’s more obvious. My car was super dirty and after my wash it now looks so clean with no streaks. The staff here are friendly and efficient. Took my newer car in for a wash and at the vacuums noticed the paint still had a dirty film on it. I showed the staff and they put it through a 2nd time. Same result. When I showed them result of a nice shiny paint finish but with a dirty film still on it, he said, “well, thanks for letting us know about the issue. Have a good day!” and he walked off. I went home and went over it with a wet chamois and the dirty film came clean. I would give 1 star but they at least tried with a 2nd pass. Maybe something was wrong with the wash equipment.

Started the monthly package yesterday and the man who set me up was professional, had to call back up there after leaving because I forgot to write down all of my information and he was helpful in getting me squared away. I would recommend this wash and plan on adding my other vehicles to the monthly plan. His customer service should be recognized.a month agoDidn’t clean the entire back end of my Suburban. Also who builds a car wash with an immediate turn directly into the washIn response to their reply: I’ve had a car wash membership for years at another place, I know the routine. Why would I ruin my car by not putting it in neutral! 😂😂 Way to displace the blame. Other reviews also state the same, so everyone just doesn’t go in neutral? Would also love to see what you reviewed to decide I “wasn’t in neutral”. Look at all their replies, they don’t accept fault for anything. Very unprofessional.
3 weeks agoI have came here before multiple times and was always pleased. unfortunately today i wasn’t. i purchased the 20$ special and received what seemed like the cheapest service they offer. And when talking to the manager who was very nice by the way i was informed that they would re wash the back of my car if i wanted them to but it was later on in the day and didn’t want to hold them up. The employees came over as me and the manager were talking and immediately tried to defend themselves and make every excuse. one specifically had an attitude towards me when i was very nice. just disappointed in the employees and how they came over and intruded in a conversation with me and the manager and how they reacted.a year ago2 things you’re guaranteed here, great service from all the employees and a great wash. I have custom wrap on one of my vehicles and was given the option of soft or no brussel wash which is great because wraps aren’t cheap. If the tire cleaner doesn’t get your full tire then they will come out and do them by hand. Just an all around great experience that wont damage your paint or wrap.a month agogood quality car wash. It is a good and cheap place to go to wash your car, the service was very good and they have vacuum cleaners that work very well, however, being my first time washing my car, it was a bit confusing to enter, but it is quite easy to understand.
I have been using your monthly helpful “unlimited car washes” program for both of my cars for years. I am getting unhappy with the very frequent “out of order” excuse at this ZIPS in the following areas:
> high pressure sprayer out of order
> tire black treatment not working

Refuses to spray all 4 wheels on my two vehicles before the car enters the wash rack even though this high pressure sprayer has a very long hose that can do this advertised feature of cleaning wheels & tires. Could be due to poor maintenance or just neglect I don’t know?? Please fix these problems. Thank you for this service that you provide to car owners!
This location isnt on the website! So I cant manage my account! Nearly $500 a year and no online account management! Absolutely ridiculous! The guys here are so lazy. They sit in the car and sometimes wont even prewash your car, they just push the button to push you through. They charged 2 of my cards! I had to cancel my card just to get them to stop charging!! The guys who work here are just soo lazy after awhile it will get frustrating dealing with them. Im canceling my membership and taking my business somewhere else.
I am giving Zips in Matthews, NC five stars due to the manager Alex. Zips has issues with the app and being able to use discount codes, however, Alex has been so helpful and patient in trying to have me work through this issue so I may use the wash.
