6 months agoTerrible experience. First I paid for the best wash. Machine said “press yes for a discount on your next wash. Check your receipt for details”. No receipt given. Wash said there was a prewash included. Got zero prewash treatment. The soap came down in patches, completely missing parts of my car. Get home and realize there is a racing stripe of dirt down the middle of my car…..incredibly disappointed with this place.a week agoDevon was fast and friendly and even made sure I was on the plan I wanted to be on when my trial was over. The lady guiding me in was awesome and effectively communicated when I needed to correct my alignment on the conveyor. Great job team!3 months agoLoving to see the wash open again! The new manager, Alex is doing great at getting things back in order! He took the time to explain to me exactly what I’d be getting by buying a club membership and I can say I’m completely satisfied with the service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!2 weeks agoTerrible wash today, probably won’t be going back to this location. If it weren’t for the $10 discount code in my email, I would have complained to staff. Spinning Brush on the driver side was not functioning and the rest of the brushes did not seem to be spinning at normal speeds. Wheels were still dirty. Tons of bugs still stuck on front bumper. Free spray bottle window cleaner and several tries at different towels left smear marks all over the inside windows. Nice that the vacuums are free, but I think their is room for improvement.3 months agoExcellent customer service and attention to detail! A young woman named Victoria introduced herself and was very sweet and funny and we shared a few stories about our kids while I waited. My car was impeccable down to every detail. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!

a week agoWe stopped in last Saturday waiting for Freddy’s to open and did one of the car washes (no detail) and it was great! Everyone was super friendly. We live about an hour north so we didn’t do the monthly package. The guy that was telling us about it wasn’t pushy about it or rude when we told him it wouldn’t be beneficial for us. That was extremely impressive. Next time I’m in the area, I plan on getting a detail.3 weeks agoPaid for extreme detail, and they didn’t even touch most of the interior. I decided to give this place a shot and frankly that was a bad choice. I was met at the pay station by an employee who asked what type of wash I wanted. Despite asking for the basic wash which on the website is $5, my card was run for $10. When I exited the wash I drove a mile up the road to work and when I exited my car I notice scratches down the side of my car. I emailed the contact info with the photo and was quickly told that it wasn’t their problem and to contact my insurance company. I received a photo of their sign that exempts them from any and all liability. At no point, did the helpful employee who overcharged me for the mediocre wash point out the sign or indicate that I needed to do anything before proceeding.
This place will damage your vehicle, overcharge you and then blame you for it. Avoid this wash and save yourself the headache….unless you love scratches in your paint.

Met the new manager Johhnie, and am impressed by the changes that have taken place since he took over. The place was clean, all lanes were open, and all the equipment seemed to be operating properly.
I had been thinking about canceling my membership, but the change in management and the terrific job he’s doing, looks like I’ll be a regular customer for a long time to come. Great guy doing a fantastic job of running things.
I had a horrible experience with zips customer service….long story short i told myself wed never go back….but its the closest to my house and my littles wanted to go through one….so i went in for just one single carwash then i only would have to deal with the store employees….Well Brian was amazing and ended up getting me to sign up again….he was super friendly very knowledgeable and helpful. Id go back again because of my experience with him!
