The lady inside working helped me and let me use her phone to call people and asked for the maintenance man, Travis J to help me and he unlocked my car for me for free. Thank you so much Travis and the girl inside I don’t remember her name, but you know who you are!! However, many other carwashes have someone out presoaking and scrubbing bugs. This one did not, so I was left with the front still filthy with bugs. I would definitely suggest someone scrubbing bugs beforehand in the summer months.

3 months agoI love this place. I do have a bigger SUV yet it get every part clean and dry. I pay $20 a month for unlimited washes and since it does such a great job I think it’s a great value. While I do not have any verbal interaction with the staff, because I have an unlimited pass, they always smile and wave at me. I absolutely recommend this particular location.2 weeks agoThe FREE vacuums work super well. They’re on five minute timers, but you just push the button and keep going. They have places that hold your car mats so you don’t have to just place them on the ground or somewhere else in your vehicle. Super cool feature is they have a vacuum for the driver side and on the passenger so you don’t have to stretch it across your vehicle or turn it around to do both sides!3 months agoThey broke my license plate so she say you are responsibility for this. I need to wash my car when I go through the carwash, I meet a super rude employee, making me feel uncomfortable, accusing me of changing the label of another car without first listening or asking properly, I tried to explain but he did not try to listen to me or find a solution. Platinum is not worth the money. The lights are fun and cool, but my car was left looking like I just sprayed it down with a water hose. The tires had a goo film left on them, spotty and just unappealing. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Mr car wash actually used to be a very good car wash. Two stars is a gift from my last few experiences.
