Today, I was great! was greeted at the entrance with great attitude and a smile. The staff was clear and helpful on what I needed to do. They did not get annoyed by me asking questions. The Dr. Was thorough, asked questions, listened and it was about about my health and not trying to scare me to sell me services. Once I hurt my back working out it became a necessity. A friend told me about how great The Joint was so I gave them a shot. I went from not being able to stand up or walk without pain to being almost completely pain free. I signed up for a 6 visit package with their military deal. The staff could not be more welcoming and friendly. Dr. Yeo made me feel more comfortable about what he was going to do, talked me through the entire treatment as he went, and also gave me tips for ways to help my back at home and at work. I couldn’t be more pleased and can’t wait to go back.By Deanna Leonard (2 months ago)I was very happy with my experience at the Mission Valley office, the doctor took his time and examined me & explained things to me and the adjustment was great! I never heard so much cracking, but i loved it & I’ll definitely be going back on a regular basis. I will say even though it says walk-ins okay for new patients; that’s not true! I was speaking with the Eastlake office the day before throughout the whole day & you would think with the questions i was asking they would’ve assumed i had never been there & they might have thought to ask & let me know for new patients they need at least 45 minutes to do paper & the exam, but they didn’t so i drove 25 minutes & paid a toll and arrived around 6:30ish just to be told there’s absolutely no way i could be seen. To me that was very bad business & it’s common sense to ask anyone you’re speaking to; “are you a new patient or a return” very easy and should be done everytime to avoid what i had experience. It was a waste of time & gas. So give at lease an hour for new patients. But overall my experience at The Joint….I’d recommend the Mission Valley office, the receptionist was very nice & professional, the doctor was awesome & you can’t go wrong paying $29 dollars for and exam & adjustment that’s no gimmick, they don’t take insurance, you pay out of pocket, but the prices are reasonable plus they accept HSA which is great! Really professional care facility. Easy to deal with. Staff was always professional and they take care of most of the leg work once paperwork has been completed, and you are set up as an active patient. Their patient care is great. They do offer additional services with the adjustments like a massage (their masseur masseuse do a fantastic job) to go with each appointment if you want, and they offer access to the tools within the facility if available while, you are there and not in session.
Dr. James Neal is awesome and him and his staff were great at articulating the process and how they would go about moving me in a positive direction during my time as a patient there.
I have already, and will continue to recommend their services to anyone looking for a solid chiropractor.

Based on the two times I have visited Dr. Neal I am confident he is going to be a different experience and he is able to help with my issues. I very much appreciate his no-nonsense, limited conversation style too. The staff is professional, friendly and organized. The office is clean and comfortable, in a great location and has plenty of parking! I’ve been seeing different chiropractors for years and years to manage terrible, constant, and reoccurring back, neck, and shoulder pain. Sometimes it has helped, other times it’s made it worse. I was actually looking for a chiropractic massage and came across Intouch and their stellar reviews.
I decided I would try Intouch based on the reviews and I’m SO glad I did. I had never heard of NUCCA before meeting with Dr. Tapia. It sounds a bit unreal when you look it up, but it is LIFE-CHANGING. After my initial treatment I got in my car and said out loud to myself “what the ****”. My shoulder pain was gone. I thought it was a fluke, placebo, witchcraft… I was sure I’d wake up the next morning needing a Tylenol and time to thaw out my bones as I had done for the past months and months. I didn’t. I felt better. I couldn’t (and still can’t) believe it.
I’m about 4 weeks in and I feel the best I have felt in YEARS. I’ve had ONE headache since I started my program, ONE. I was having headaches around every 3 days before that. I’ve had days where I feel ZERO aches and pains. The pain that I do have has decreased about 90% if I had to put a number on it. It’s insane.
I am not kidding when I say this place has changed my life. I don’t dread waking up. Food tastes better. Colors are brighter. I feel good. I’m happier than I’ve been in so long. It’s amazing what life can be like when you aren’t in pain!!!
Beyond the incredible results, the staff is top notch. Everyone is so genuinely nice, there is never a wait, and you are not rushed around. This place is doing it right.

This practice is amazing! Friendly and caring staff through out the whole process. I went to this office in 2020 for chronic neck pain and have not a problem since. Came back 2 years later for a lower back issue. Having the same staff working there after the last 2 years says a lot! They truly do care about their patients and the work that they do. I would 100% recommend over and over.
Everything from the moment you walk in the door is first class. The staff calls you by name and are very friendly.
Dr Young is very knowledgeable, with a super sense of humor.
My TN condition is complicated and I am amazed he works on it tenaciously to break the code and bring back my quality of life. I have every confidence that he will do so.

I love the entire team at InTouch Chiropractic!!! Everyone is extremely kind, caring, and empathetic. The ambience is positive and fresh; they even let me bring my 3-year-old and help with him while I am on the DRX9000! Adjustments are gentle, no twisting, just realignment, which is subtle yet effective!
