Although I ordered regular, the shop did allow for me to top up some money so I could ask them to add more flowers – the next size up was too big for a birthday but I felt a regular might be a little too light on flowers to my liking. Customer service via WhatsApp was very responsive and helpful. delivery was smooth and timely. The bouquet itself was reasonable. I’m glad I topped up for some extra flowers. The bouquet received within the promised time range. Flowers are fresh when received and stays fresh only for the first few hours but the color of the cappuccino roses are very different from the picture shown. It is more like a pale pink roses to me.
