  1. Celebrating my first year here at 600 NoBe and could not be happier. Starting with absolutely loving the property and the sleek design attention to detail in the units with the selected fixtures and flooring, The absolutely amazing views and accessibility to all things Atlantic City. The only property here in AC that has access to the beautiful ocean as well as the bay. Just steps away from the boardwalk and all the casinos with the fabulous restaurants and also steps away from Gardner’s Basin inlet in which you can enjoy the beautiful bay and all the fun outdoor restaurants and water activities.

    Of course if you do not feel like leaving the property you can just enjoy the absolutely beautiful pool with cabanas and outdoor grills. Also enjoy a game of pool, shuffle board or just enjoy – relaxing with coffee and watching TV in the common area‘s.

    Most importantly the staff are amazing, friendly and are on top of all things 600 NoBe to make you feel like this is truly your home.

    Also important to note security is a top priority here at Nobe. Not only is the actual property and the parking garage monitored but they monitor the exterior of the property as well. Safety first!

  2. Going on my third year living at NoBe at North Beach. It’s been a wonderful experience living here! The apartments are beautiful. The building Is kept immaculate. Combine the amenities of the gym, pool, and common room wIth the short walk to the boardwalk and it is like living at a resort. The management staff is friendly and cares that tenants have a quality experience. I highly recommend 600 NoBe to anyone looking for apartment living near the shore.

  3. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have the perfect unit, with a perfect view! I’ve enjoyed so many beautiful sunrises here. The view of the lighthouse is second to none. The property is kept immaculate. I can’t say enough good things about 600Nobe! While I’m sorry to leave, I look forward to the next chapter in my story, and returning here one day to share my testimony of a full and miraculous recovery.

  4. My family and I had to move for my work. We were very reluctant to move into an apartment. But Nobe is not like other apartments! My family loves all the amenities, my kids love the pool area, and there is so much space no one ever feels crowded. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are super accommodating and keep the building pristine!

  5. So far, it has been nice living here. I enjoy the view. However, the smoke alarms go off in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, some residents smoke in the building or inside their apartments which sets off the alarms. Also, I’ve only lived here for a short time so, I need to see what it is like living here during the summer months.

    Managed in the past. Now frequently visit family members residing in Shore Park High Rise. Although retired, there isn’t a day I go to visit my family members,, that someone isn’t complaining about Management’s treatment, repairs not being done, changes being made (in common areas) without the inclusion of Tenant voices/choices (was previously considered) , since they reside there. Nice place to live, as long as building maintained. Plenty of closet space, penthouse views from top floors, exterminated monthly, community & laundry rooms on premises. Round the clock Security, after hour emergency maintenance and janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness of building. Close yto beach.

    No smoking apartment building…but residents they are some people in their units smoking…And not allow indoor smoking!! No smoking!

    The apartments are ok, nothing fancy, and the location is tough to get into and out of, especially for the handicapped. There are no stores close by without crossing a dangerous highway.

    It is part of Atlantic City Housing Authority I have lived here for 21 months. The building is primarily for 60+ and disabled people. The facility has an in-house “caring” area that helps elderly/disabled tenants with things like laundry, cleaning. It also has an on-site nurse. The “caring” people contact me daily to see if I need anything and even ran to a store when I had a viral infection to get me OTC medicines. The office staff and management I rarely talk with (I keep to myself), but the few times I needed help they were responsive. If you have realistic expectations, this place is great. I grew up in NYC area and places like this are not safe/caring and I had reservations accepting the apartment for that reason, but I asked around and word of mouth pointed me in the direction of accepting. I can’t imagine a better experience in a low-income/disabled building that charges you so little and gives so much in return. But it is all about “expectations”, keep it realistic and its a great place. Props to management, caring and the nursing/medical teams JK
