  2. This is a great place to live. Everyone is very and friendly. They are not snoopy about your business. They offer beauty salon, fitness room Physical therapy, and Meals on Wheels.

  3. When I was there loved it because of health conditions had to move now I can’t move back in my age is 61_

    and 1/2 there was a gentleman applied he got in in a very short time he. Is younger than me !!! I call this Discrimination!!!!! He is not in a handicap apt I will never understand why I can’t go back to MAyfield I am very discussed the way I am being not on the list I know apts are open!!! If you bend the rules for someone else, where is my time to get on the top of the mangers list after all I had lived there for 14 years !!!!!

  4. I was there for work and didn’t see any apts but what I did see was beautiful, blocked off common areas (due to COVID-19). I’m trying to get my mom in those apts after being there.

Heard it was a nice place long ago but now it’s not…I live here and so wish I didn’t…half the time only 2 washer’s are working and dryers quit when they get hot… I’m now writing a complaint do to the fact some girl around 40 was calling me names I won’t say…about my handicap spot…why would I need one I’m not 90…If she would go to the office maybe they could tell her…been pushed in the wash room…come Fri this place gets crazy ppl pull up and play there music outside so load it shake’s my windows…. there’s no security here at all..and no policy in the parking lot…SMH

    The manager and assistant manager; as well as the maintenance staff are the best we’ve had in the 6 years I’ve been here. Always friendly and helpful. Quick to attend to anything that may need fixed. Too bad Rose Community won’t replace or at least take up the dirty worn out carpet in the hallways.

    I took my brother in May 11th to sign his lease. There was a mixup with the unit he thought he was getting on the 2nd floor. They were going to put him in a unit on the 8th. He has a fear of heights and vertigo. Tracy was amazing! She put in a lot of time and effort to get him into the 2nd floor unit. I know that with senior housing you usually have to take the next unit available. Thank goodness the 2nd floor unit was still available. This made my brother very happy and he is looking forward to living there. Thanks again Tracy for your understanding and hard work.

    Maintenance came at the exact scheduled time. The men were friendly and professional. Installation of AC was quick and they made sure it was operational before leaving.

    Looks like a really well thought-out place to get a senior apartment independently and add the services you need as you go. Leasa was very nice and clearly explained the typical daily activities and services available the residents, and provided a folder I looked at later that had a very clear pricing structure for the different apt sizes and care services you could add. The food variety looks good and the building and apartment I saw was very clean and well-maintained. There are lots of activities included in the apartment price. I like that you can bring your small pet if you have one. There are activities where you can invite your family to participate as well. The laundry area is convenient to each apartment with nice machines. The difference is this allows a person who needs very minor assistance to not have to go to full assisted living. You can however, get those types of assistance provided by an in-house company to a point if you need it. This is not memory care. This is for seniors not requiring or needing very minimal reminding to carry out their activities of daily living. Now, if I could just move in, it would be awesome, but am not a senior. I would move a family member here easily though. If they would do it.

    Danbury in North Canton has provided everything that we were looking for! My Mother lost my Dad a year ago and we wanted a place that Mom could call ‘home’ now. Danbury’s entire and wonderful staff has provided EVERYTHING for my Mom, plus more! The facilities and her neutral room are very well decorated, with each season/holiday having their own wonderful decorations. The entire place is VERY clean. Mom is very happy with all the various types of great food. Most important to us children was that Mom have various and ample activities that Mom could attend. Danbury provides them as well! Even the cleaning staff is wonderful there. I cannot say enough about how happy my Mother is living there! This is a great relief in knowing that our loved one is well taken care of for a good price as well!!

    Awesome service! The cafeteria looks like a restaurant. Everyone there is super nice. And the rooms are big enough. Went to the landing for a tour, but it didn’t seem like home, but the Danbury is just like home. I even got to make pancakes with my grandma and grandpa.

    My mom, Lena Stankus, has been a resident here for 13 months and has made so many new friends. I feel this has helped her become more active, at times more alert and certainly much happier than she has been in several years. She is surrounded by positivity by the staff members and most of the residents. She loves playing Bingo and Pokeno almost as much as she loves me…no, just kidding! She totally enjoys the Casino road trips and has become very fond of the housekeeping staff who keep her apartment very clean and, of course, Patty, the dining room manager who has truly made her feel at home and comfortable. She attends to everyone’s needs in a special caring way. May I throw out some Kudos to Kathy , Office Manager ; Leesa, Executive Director; and Vicki, Marketing Director. These ladies always make you feel welcome and important. But also to the other ladies who all man the front desk. Forgive me if I fail to mention their names but they too are as important. The nursing staff needs to be recognized as they do a fantastic job with helping the residents with their bathing and dressing and treat them kindly and with loads of patience. The environment at Danbury is truly wonderful, and is as they advertise it. It is senior living with independence that make these residence feel great about themselves. Also may I mention the landscaping and outside appearance of the building…impeccable! So I feel very comfortable where my mom resides giving the independence she deserves but yet always someone there to help if needed. Thank you Danbury for caring. Anita and Ron Severtis
