  1. The Dentist and staff were very polite and caring. I will admit I am a big baby when it comes to dental work. I had a broken tooth with a deep cavity and was able to get an 11 am appointment same day. The lack of stars is because I did not get seen till after 1:45 and I arrived early. That time stressing is really excruciating for someone that has anxiety about dental procedures. Nice office though and I lived to write this post. My tooth is repaired thank you 😊

  2. Got In quick was examined and had X-rays done in less than 30 minutes. Dr came in and did exam found issue and let me know of options. We agreed to extract tooth. Was done in a professional manner and zero pain. Very pleased with entire process and staff. Job well done

  3. It was very busy with long wait times, as expected for a Sunday. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice to talk to. I felt very comfortable around the staff. The dentist was probably the nicest dentist I’ve been to. I’m a red head so it takes a lot to numb me, but he made sure I felt no pain. As soon as I felt something, he made sure I was well numbed before continuing. He was easy to talk to and I appreciate the patience and genuine concern for my pain levels. The wait took forever but the procedure was done very quickly.

  4. I was getting frustrated when I had to sit pass my appointment time but I understood when I realized this was an emergency dental office so I really had to understand and exercise my patience. The staff was great. The dentist was awesome. Thank you all

  5. Dr Ossama was great. He was personable and explained everything to me in detail. It took no time for my extraction, no pain. The people in the back were nice and professional. I will return when needed. I would recommend to others. I was able to listen to my phone during my procedure and price was well worth it!

    I have been taking the teens I foster to Urgent Dental Center and have had great experiences. We often go to the Southwest location. The kids in my care haven’t had much dental hygiene experience and nearly no dentist experiences. Very grateful for the care they have received at UDC-SW. Today, my 14 yr old had a positive experience with a trauma-informed dentist. So grateful for their intentional care of him today!

    Amazing service from the Frankfort location. The little lady at the front desk was very pleasant and on top of things, and the doctor and assistant was also very friendly, and really take interest in there patients. The whole group was awesome and very passionate about there work, and making you feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs dental needs!!

    Best experience at a dentist ever! The Doctor has a wonderful bedside manner and is direct, quick and kind. You can tell she expects the best from her assistants and that reflects in the care you will receive. They were able to fit me in fast after a broken tooth and went ahead and made a plan to fix all my problems. I go back to finish in two days. I do not regret going to see her at all and I was scared but no more.

    The front desk people are so nice and friendly. The dentist’s are also so sweet and they treat you very well at this place. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed today and they constantly kept asking if I was ok, If I needed anything. Dr. Patel is great and fast! Definitely recommend this place 👍🏻

    Office staff was friendly. The assistant Marissa (?) was extremely nice, caring and understanding. She definitely helped easy my anxiety about having teeth pulled. Dr. Garry was excellent when removing the teeth I needed done. The extractions we’re really fast and non-painful. I am happy I came here and will make more appointments with this office.

    I’ve had a few bad experiences with dental offices. This office went above and beyond!! The moment I walked in and spoke to the receptionist she was so friendly and nice! She already made me feel at ease. I didn’t have an appointment but the wait wasn’t that bad. After being called back the dental assistants were so welcoming and made me feel at home. I’m not a fan of getting work done on my teeth and the assistant made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The dentist Dr Held was also so polite and told me everything he was going to do one step at a time. After I was numb the process was quick and painless. Checking out was quick and easy. I would recommend this place every time!!

    Great place. Great staff. Im new to the area and I came in with an emergency situation. They were very professional and compassionate. My friend found them through Google. I was surprised that I was seen so quickly. I was apprehensive because I hate going to the dentist, but the staff and doctor explained everything about my treatment and options. I felt comfortable knowing I was in great care.

    Garry was a true professional and with his experience and track record any patient should feel at ease knowing their in good hands. Very polite and even had some familiar life experiences so conversation was easy. Staff is very polite and attentive of my needs ans the new patient setup was made easy. Definitly recommend o anyone with tooth extraction or any dental work for that matter. My extraction was quick and pain free. If anyone needs any dental work I recommend asking for Garry and hell take care of any concern you may have.

    Came here for an emergency tooth extraction. The service was great. The hygienist was a little quiet and made it hard to understand what she was saying sometimes. They took care of my needs, and I would definitely recommend this dentist . I’m looking for one. I have a main dentist who I will continue to go to bear Chicago. This was a one-off for me. The reason for 4 stars is I was there for almost 4 hours. I have a very busy life, I travel weekly and when I’m home i want to spend as much time as I can with my family so with that and the 1.5 hour drive one way here it made it longer to go here then my normal dentist. There was a sense of urgency.
