  2. Midtown Dental has always provided me with outstanding service! I’ve been coming here for years. I had one complaint during all this time, which was immediately addressed. Today my visit was with Laura who did an amazing job! She is very thorough and she explains everything that she is doing!

  3. I love Midtown Dental! I had a great experience there. The Hygienist Laura was great! She did a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining everything and she was very gentle. I also recommend her to my son and is finance. My son loved her as well! After my experience recommend Midtown to all my family and friends!

  4. I can’t go on enough about my amazing experience at Midtown Dental! They take their patient care above and beyond, seriously. I was warmly greeted by Milly at the front desk who was so friendly and helpful. Then I had my visit with Denise for a cleaning and it was everything I could hope for and more. She was so caring and attentive to me, and her hand was gentle yet thorough. She made sure to check if I was comfortable multiple times throughout my appointment. The whole experience had me relaxed and it felt more like a spa day than a cleaning. My teeth felt so squeaky clean afterwards that I kept running my tongue over them. Thank you midtown and Thank you Denise, you rock!

  5. The cleanings here are always great. Have no issues with that. However, I had my appointment today to get a cleaning, X-rays and exam. They were so far behind schedule by at least an hour or maybe longer, I was told I would either have to wait that time in the lobby to have my SCHEDULED exam with the doctor or just have my exam at the next visit. So I obviously opted to leave. Luckily I am having no issues at this time with my teeth. Time management is important especially when customers take off from work to come to an appointment. Highly disappointed.

    ****UPDATED: Dr T personally reached out to me via phone call and explained there was 2 emergent cases that she could not leave the patients bedside. She apologized and stated this doesn’t usually happen, that she was the only dentist there at the time. I appreciate the professionalism and the explanation. Will definitely continue to use this practice at this time.

    I used to hate going to the Dentist until I came here… Lakeland Dentistry has been our Dentist for many many years and will be for many more. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with the most kind and welcoming hospitality right at the front desk. Natalie, my hygienist, has always been so sweet and caring as she does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and being very thorough. Dr. Jones treats you like one of his own every time he sees you, treating you with the upmost care. He has done some amazing work on me. Health wise and cosmetic wise. I couldn’t recommend a better Dentistry than Lakeland Dentistry. 10/10 across the board!!

    Staff were very knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. They explained everything that needed to be done, and the costs up front, so there’s no guessing what you’ll be charged. Appointment bookings are quick and easy, went in yesterday and was able to book my second appointment 2 weeks later! Definitely recommending this office to my friends and family.

    Switched to Lakeland Dentistry last summer. This weekend I had my first “dental emergency” on Saturday when my crown came off. Called first thing Monday morning and they were able to see me that afternoon. They were able to use the same crown and cement in place. I am very sensitive to dental work. Today I had no pain or discomfort. Correct placement was done on the first try. Highly recommend Lakeland Dentistry. I think my days of dreading my dental appointments are over.

    Sara and Dr.Jones were amazing! I got a Root Canal done and I could not feel a thing. They were so kind and professional. I felt comfortable the whole way through. Thank you once again for the wonderful service!

    I have now visited Dr. Patel twice and have been given zero help. I have had to go to the ER twice due to an infected back crown that I have asked her to remove. She has refused to do so and has instead recommend a 2k treatment plan instead of simply pulling the crown as needed. I showed up again today as I was told by her office staff that she would finally pull it. Of course, she refused once again and told me there’s nothing wrong in a rude and disrespectful manner. My face and eye are swollen from the infected crown but she refuses to listen. Kylie the office assistant is very hard to communicate with and very unfriendly. They are only willing to help if you want to spend a lot of money.

    I called on 12/1 in reference to an oral surgery consult. The receptionist was accommodating and immediately scheduled me for the next day with Dr. Goodwin. I traveled over 2 hours for this appointment, my daughter has 3 different dentist tell us she need an extraction; which is how we landed here. The assistant the dentist was wonderful. They took X-rays and the dentist, Walding, comes I and says, “She needs a root canal.” I explained she did not and was told 3 different times that the tooth was too far gone. His response was, “Why are going to do many dentists?” I told him I was here for an oral surgeon consult and said, “well I’m not an oral surgeon.” I asked him what made his opinion different than the other doctors and he said, “I have 27 year of experience. I don’t agree with their treatment plan.” He went on the explain his reasoning which in explained was the exact reason she needed the tooth pulled and braces in the future. He said, “if you can’t find a dentist to do a root canal or afford one, how are you going to find a dentist to do brace? You want me to pull it? I’ll pull it out right now.” He demeanor was nasty, callous, and unfriendly. I was uncomfortable as was my child. There was a child next to us getting work done, you could hear the drill and him just saying, “close you eyes, it won’t hurt if you close you eyes. Oh you’re not numb?” That made my child very scared and cemented the decision to not have anything done with that man. I was never recommend this office or this doctor. I don’t understand how his reviews are so good, because his bedside manner was terrible. I didn’t get the consult I came in for and was once again referred to a different dentist.

    My experience with them was one of the most wonderful events of my life. I am bias, after they went out their way to get me in(a new patient after I cracked a tooth below the gum line). A perfect stranger (patient) paid most of my invoice just because she wanted to help this disabled resent widower. This whole miracle was a gift from God. What great quality people choose Walding & Associates. I am proud to be a new member of there smile campaign.

    Office staff was very rude. I’ve been hung up on when I called because I told the office staff to stop talking over me. Don’t ask me a question and cut me off. Their justification is that “you’re in good hands” Appointment was set for 9:20. Office called me to move to 9. I waited until 9:30 to get seen. This was completely inconsiderate of my time. I have an issue every time I come here. I will be looking for a new office.

    I had an issue with my tooth due to a previous dentist and this place got me in the very next day. From the receptionist all the way to the billing was a great experience. Everyone was very kind and helpful and will treat you right. I will be staying here forsure. Also, I absolutely love that when I was getting my tooth worked on the chair actually was able to heat up and do a massage,I haven’t seen any other place that does that.

    This is the most caring dentist I’ve been to in a long time. I am not a very good dental patient, in fact I’m a horrible dental patient. They took all my fears in to account and worked with me. I had two crowns done that required extensive work to prepare. Dr. Walding truly cares about your comfort and fears through the whole process. This is a very professional Dental office and I highly recommend them.
