  3. My daughter and I are scared of dentists, but daughter needs to have two of her molars taken out. The staff are really nice and understanding, non-judgmental and very very helpful, I feel so glad we found this place, it really made us feel reassured and welcomed.

    We will not go anywhere else. for the first time, we left the dental clinic feeling happy and safe.

  4. My experience was not that great at all. The doctor put local anesthesia and during the procedure I was informing him I felt everything. He then said I shouldn’t be feeling anything only pressure. I felt that he was not hearing my concern when needing to address the issue. I told him to continue and do his job. The front desk can work better on the communication with their patient when it comes to billing purposes or if they will be using insurance double checking, calling a day before and as well as collecting payment upfront instead after a procedure was done. The assistant was really nice and explain the whole treatment before and after. Thank you

  5. My family and I recently moved from WA state to Texas and was in need of a dentist. I called Dr. Moon of Victory Smiles in The Woodlands whose staff got me scheduled for a checkup within a week. I was pleasantly surprised how professional and kindly I was treated. The xrays, exam and cleaning were fast and relatively painless. Dr. Moon and staff explained all that was going on in layman’s terms and took the time to answer my questions well.
    The technology used was all the latest including pictures of of the teeth that needed attention.
    The office is billing my insurance so no payment was required of me.
    All in all this was a great experience.

    My very first experience at this dentist was good from the time I walked in… to the time I left. I was treated with nothing but kindness and warm smiles it took everything I had in me to go to this appointment… even at check out the receptionist was very encouraging but my mental health level was shot and I was doing everything in my power to hold it together

    My father is staying in a skilled nursing facility close to my home after a recent hospital stay. He had a crown come off over the weekend. Dr. Comeaux was able to fit Dad in the day we called and repaired the tooth on the spot. The entire office showed great compassion for him. Thank you Dr. Comeaux and staff!!
