  1. What a lovely experience we had with our children and grandchildren. My daughter in law is from S Africa and her daughter loves elephants, so we sat right next to one !! Even the youngest was delighted, mystified and thoroughly enjoyed looking and listening to her surroundings. The superior server took great care with my wife’s special dietary needs and my request for a pasta dish that was superb !! There was much time spent in the great gift shop and we returned a few nights later to get the granddaughters special stuffed toys that are a rage in Northern VA and at a great price in the gift shop !! They dearly love them !! We hope to make it back up to Atlantic City again and will certainly have another incredible meal here !!

  2. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was great, laid back. The service was good too. We got a new server mid meal and our new server said he would make sure 100% of the tip would go to the first server. Of course I tipped him too, but that was a good hearted thing to say honestly ❤️ the prices were decent too. Definitely wanna take my kids here

  3. Atmosphere is 5++ rating especially for families with younger kids. The food wasn’t top tier but along with the environment and the price it was just fine:) the staff were nice and accommodating but seemed a little bit short apart from that it was a nice restaurant we even got a souvenir glass cup with certain drinks! Its somewhere I’d visit again and even bring others along overall they get a thumb 👍

  4. Came in on a weekday I was pretty empty so we were seated right away. Took about 15 minutes for somebody to even come over but after that the service was on point. Food was good, but the coconut shrimp was a little weird for me. The shrimp was actually very mushy almost like mashed potatoes. To be on the safe side I didn’t need it but everything else was very good.

  5. Dinner was great! We made reservations and were seated on time. They have a great gift shop to look around in before or after dinner.

    They have a great kids menu as well. Lots of choices ! Food came out in a reasonable amount of time .

    It’s overall a great place to take the family to eat or if you’re alone they have a nice bar area as well!

    We discovered this restaurant from a friend and we’ve been coming to the Tropicana for years. It’s located on the first floor in the Chelsea tower. They offer breakfast and lunch. We ordered a pork roll egg and cheese, a hungry man platter, a grilled cheese and a cheese steak sandwich, everything was very good. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch or breakfast.

    Great spot for breakfast. I like the outdoor seating. The place is right on the water. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. These are some of the best pancakes I have ever had. Eggs, grits and bacon were also good. Great coffee as well. Very fair prices. I highly recommend for breakfast.

    Good American breakfast place. Definitely very popular and has a bit of wait around brunch time. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. We were a group of 6 and had to wait 45 min to get a table. We ordered Italian omelette, breakfast combo #2, veggie omelette, banana walnut french toast and blueberry pancakes. The pancakes were amazing and unique. It’s thin and fluffy which make the pancakes amazing. Definitely recommend getting the pancakes here. Rest of the food is what you expect for American breakfast. The service is super quick and the coffee was good. Plan ahead for the wait if you are going here.

    My husband and I came here for breakfast as it came highly recommended. The food was good- I did not feel like it was anything special to be honest. Not the best breakfast I ever had- certainly not the worst. And the atmosphere is nice being next to the water. Our waitress was very attentive- this was also very early however, around 7:30 am, and the place was not crowded. I would come back.

    Dog friendly! Gorgeous view of the boats. Delicious apple cinnamon pancakes. Incredible over stuffed Reuben sandwich. Varied breakfast and lunch menu. Nearby park, boat ride tours. Midweek we were seated immediately. Friendly waitresses.

    Wowza! What a wonderful chic spot. Elegant and decadent. The service was so hospitable. The decor was calming and relaxing. The vibes were just so good. Friends, and couples just having a good time. The food was exceptional!!! We eat at a lot of fancy restaurants up north but both the steak and fish were unbelievable here! And better than I’ve had at other spots. Perfect texture. Perfect taste. If I’m ever back in AC Ill make my way back here. Keep up the great food and service!

    Looking for an awesome upscale steakhouse restaurant in Atlantic City? Look no further. This venerable institution has been cranking out awesome eats since the early 1900s and is still going strong. Terrific steak and seafood options, food is great. It’s worth walking off the strip and Boardwalk to give this place a try.

    Happy Hour half price appetizers was worth getting in line before the restaurant opened. I’ve been here for dinner in the past and the food and service is exceptional. We decided to go for the happy hour appetizers. Had the Kobe sliders, black pepper bacon, lobster spring roll, tuna skewers, crispy duck and oyster/shrimp/lobster seafood sampler. Good variety of drinks and the service was perfect.

    Worth the hype! An absolutely amazing fine dining experience. Came here for my birthday with my husband after years of wanting to dine here. I got the surf and turf and he got the bone in rib eye. Both were insanely delicious. If you are looking for a true authentic Steakhouse with the history to match, this is it! Also be sure to make a reservation as this place gets packed.

    Drinks were delicious.. oysters w Cilantro dipping sauce amazing.. and the Lobster bisque soup was outstanding (too much to eat at one sitting ..needed to take some home) for dinner we had scallops w pumpkin raviolis (delicious) & venison chops w sweet potatoes fries (so delicious) we are looking forward to coming back… and as a finally we had Key Lime Pie w Coconut Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (Amazing!!) Carmine our waiter was the best … super attentive and had great suggestions 👍
