  3. Felt rushed. First doctor did a half fast job fixing a small chip on front tooth. An assistant had a very bad attitude. Had to keep pointing out problems with their work. I wanted it done the right way the first time, now I have to go to a different dentistry to make sure the integrity of the work they did will function properly. Was told I can’t ever eat an apple again without it breaking, which went against me wanting it done the right way. The first doctor “finished” then ran away, had to tell the assistant in the room why the doctor was not close to being done. Another doctor had to come in to finish her work. Called a week in advance to schedule this appointment, and got verbal confirmation on multiple occasions over the phone they would be able to do the job. Once I actually got there, I was told they triple booked and I had to come back the next day, which I ever so slightly argued against due to me having to leave work early again in order to do so. Half way through my appt, the assistant with the bad attitude came in and took my glasses I was using for the procedure and gave me some gross looking ratty pair instead.
    They need to work on time management, not giving false promises, treat the customers with respect, and overall just work on professionalism. Out of all the medical appointments I’ve had in my entire life, this was by far, the worse experience I have ever had. They had me questioning if they even knew what they were doing at many points throughout the hour. It was like it was their first day. I will not be returning. I only went there because I was desperate to get it fixed before my friends wedding this upcoming weekend.
    10/10 Do Not Recommend. They call themselves Advanced Family Dentistry, should be Amateur Family Dentistry.

  4. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. We moved our whole family to this office after they accommodated our daughter that has a fear of needles in order to have work done under Nitrous (not a lot of places do this). Our daughter is on the Spectrum and has Bipolar. the whole staff at this office was eager to help make her more comfortable. We highly recommend!

  5. She has been one of the best dentist that I have had in a number of years. She’s honest and trustworthy. And will tell you what to expect. I would recommend her to my friends and family.     Lives up to the name. A great place to go in general, but if you’ve had bad experiences elsewhere or dentist visits bother you, the staff are highly skilled, friendly and have your comfort in mind at all times so you can definitely leave any worries at the door. Both times I’ve visited I received expert care promptly and was back to business in no time. Big thanks to Angie for making this visit really shine with her witty conversation and cheerful demeanor really enjoyed our chat and helped me feel comfortable. Dr. Anthony is quick, professional and very pleasant along with the rest of the wonderful staff here. Thanks everyone!

    I cannot have enough positive things to say about Gentle Dental in Nashua. Lisa the dental hygienist is such a delight she is so gentle and kind. She is thorough, quick and efficient. Annual cleanings with her are a breeze. Dr. Anthony is very professional and has a wonderful welcoming upbeat presence when he enters the room. Kristen at the front desk is very personable and professional and she is such a great representation of how you’ll be treated the second you walk in the door. Highly recommend and I appreciate all that you do Gentle Dental Team of Nashua!

    All my life I had hated going to the Dentist until I finally tried Gentle Dental in downtown Nashua. For the first time in my 60 years, I never feel that stress and anxiety about going to the Dentist or getting my teeth cleaned. They treat me with kindness and respect and never make me feel bad about myself or that I am not doing enough for my dental health. From the friendliness of the front desk staff to the wonderful hygienists to the doctors, all are absolutely gentle and friendly.

    I’ve been coming here since 2014 they’ve always been really great, came back today for a cleaning after several year Amanda did my cleaning, X-rays, all that fun stuff she was amazing! Kept checking in, making sure nothing hurt & she was really gentle! 🙂 and Dr. Anthony was great as always!

    I’m an assistant myself and having an implant done by Dr. Colon was the best experience ever. He was gentle, caring, explained everything to me throughout the procedure. I don’t think i’ve had a dentist, or periodontist that has ever been so kind and understanding. If I could give him 20 stars I would. He is the best in extractions and implant placement. He really knows his stuff!

    The professionalism shown by Dr Andy Kalil and his staff is matched only by the caring and kindness shown to my needs. A neck pillow was given to help with my comfort in the chair. When my procedure proved to more difficult than expected, Dr. Andy Kalil brought in his mother for consultation and affirmation that what he was thinking was correct. His mother is also Dr. Kalil who is the original owner of this dental practice. I was also extremely impressed by the use of the most modern dental equipment that enabled me to have the procedure with the least amount of difficulty possible. I am most thankful to have found such an amazing dental practice.

    I am a new patient to Kalil and Kress and, so far, I have had two appointments. The first appointment was an evaluation which included X-Rays and a cleaning with the hygienist. My second appointment was for four fillings with Dr. Andrew Kalil. I am very happy with this dental practice after these two appointments. Dr. Andrew Kalil and the staff are very polite and accommodating. They will service the patient in a very conscientious and understanding manner and will make sure the patient is comfortable before proceeding with any procedure. I would recommend Kalil and Kress to anyone looking for a new dentist.

    I recently moved to Nashua, this place was recommended by my parents. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist appointment, they even have WEIGHTED BLANKETS upon request. I took my one year old here for her first appointment and the staff couldn’t have been more kind and patient. My kid actually had a blast with Dr. Kalil. I couldn’t believe it.
