  1. Troy was on time, respectful of our house and is a very personable guy. He replaced 2 outside water spigots with 1/4 turn valves that are much better than the original & cleaned up good when he finished. Price was about what is expected from a reliable licensed contractor. Troy is a good representative for Williams and I’ll be keeping their # in my phone in case I need their service again.

  2. John from Williams Plumbing came out today to see if our high water bills are being caused by a leak. Thankfully we aren’t dealing with a leak, but I would feel good about having John on the job if we needed repair work done. He pays attention to detail, he’s a good communicator, and he’s had several years of experience focusing on leak detection and water line repair. I appreciate that he remembered my schedule details when he planned his own schedule for today, and he made sure I understood what we were looking at when we looked at the water meter and when he conducted a pressure test.

There are no words to express how pleased I am with the professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service that Frank, my technician, exhibited today while addressing the plumbing issues we discovered in what started out as, supposedly, a routine plumbing issue. He explained each challenge that we discovered, went over all options, and made sure I knew the approximate costs involved with each possible choice. He called in extra help when needed, performed all of the work needed and made sure that everything worked properly when finished. He was so respectful of my property, my concerns and my questions. I would highly recommend Williams Plumbing for any plumbing needs due to the excellent service by Frank! If I had my way, Frank would get an A+ rating for customer service and expertise, a Gold star, and a raise!!

  4. I’d been dreading making an appointment because I was afraid of how costly it would be and how much time it would take, but it turned out to be a relatively painless experience.

    Shane came out at like 4pm on a Friday and was able to diagnose the issue, pick up the parts, and do the repair all in an hour and a half or so. And he was super friendly and professional. Obviously no one wants to have to deal with plumbing repairs, but Shane made it as painless as possible.

    I really appreciate the service and will use them again if I ever need another repair!

  5. I was told the cast-iron drain has to be completely replaced. then I was told the new new toilets I bought were broken. He didn’t return them. But charged me over $350 to reset the old toilet since the new ones arrived broken. the I had to call him back to correctly box up the new toilets so I could at least return them myself.

    Roto Rooter was truly A+++ today. I would absolutely call them again if needed. Our kitchen drain was stopped up completely. I called RR this morning and they stated I’d be scheduled for a morning appointment. They explained their system: I’d get a call when a plumber came available, and if I was also available then he’d be dispatched; otherwise I’d go back onto their wait list. They stated a drain clean-out would be $194 minimum and could be more, depending on how the job progressed. Everything worked EXACTLY as they described. Indeed I got a call around 11 AM and Tyler (the plumber) arrived a few minutes later. He was friendly and neat, and didn’t mind me watching and asking questions. I learned a lot as I watched him ply his trade and clear our drain. He was also very thorough, checking and testing in several different ways to ensure that not only was the drain clear, but that the clog hadn’t just moved down the line. He also stressed a 30-day warranty if we had any further problem with that drain. I fully expected the bill to be more since it had been explicitly stated that the $194 was a minimum. But no, the bill was exactly $194! That was a great end to a fantastic experience with them. Would I call RR next time? You bet I would. They made a loyal customer out of me in one visit. (And I’d ask for Tyler again too!)

    Blake was very professional, helpful and efficient. I can’t ask for more than that. He quickly diagnosed the issue then went about fixing it and explained what he was doing as he went. He left things clean and he also explained all the charges so I knew what I was paying. I will definitely will call him again when I’m in need of a plumber.

    We bought a water filtration system that needed to be professionally installed. We went with Duvall because we’ve had other subpar plumbers in and out of our new build and we knew we wanted this done right! I believe it was Rick and Davis who came and installed our system. They did an AMAZING job and communicated well. We are super happy with it. It wasn’t the cheapest but definitely got what we paid for.

    I was very pleased with Duvall Plumbing and their plumber Ivan. He was quick, very professional and educational on what was being done! I had a leak in a fitting to the sprinker system from the main water line going to the house. He did a great job fixing it in a timely manner and the price was less than expected. I will definitely use them in the future if needed and will ask for Ivan. Hopefully not! I do recommend them . Plus they were a local business.

    Rick and Scottie did a wonderful job! They were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They listened to me as I tried my best to describe the sounds coming from my shower and spent time checking out every avenue. They even heard my air conditioner make a sound and saved me from a disaster. They were great to work with and they are one of the many reasons why I love using Duvall plumbing!!
